I asked him a few questions: 1) What kind of form or paperwork will you provide me as a receipt that I've dropped my dog with you? -He said he didn't provide any receipt 2) Do you walk the dogs -He said he didn't walk the dogs, it was too much of a liability 3.) What would happen if you lost my dog or someone stole him, how could I prove I gave him to you? -He had no answer 4.) I told him I was going to leave my dogs Fi locator / STEP tracker on my dog so it could record and report his location. ****Alex refused to keep my dog once I mentioned the STEP TRACKER**** I'm thankful ALEX REFUSED my dog. I found a place that agreed to take him WITH THE TRACKER ON and whom gave me a RECIPT . They had CAMERA'S so I could see what my dog was doing throughout the day so I was assured they weren't just locking him up in a CRATE.

We all had different ways of how to train him and it was causing a rift in the family. I was turned down by some trainers until I came across Jonathan Wong's page. He was local, he was fast to get back to me and he was willing to give us a chance after everything I told him. Kody still has a long way to go and I will continue with Jonathan as his trainer, but it is night and day after three months of training with Jonathan. He was dog and people aggressive, to the point we had to avoid them entirely. We can now go for walks, albeit we move opposite of any dog and can keep walking without any barking or pulling. He was always actively pulling on the leash and bad at recall. He is loose leashed now and responds with recall with our daughter. In the end I had to get use to the idea that Kody was a crate or muzzle dog when it came to large crowds or people in our home. I felt awful but Jonathan was so supportive and positive as I came to terms with it. I hope as we continue to train with Jonathan and Kody builds his confidence that soon things might change for him. Jonathan has such a kind soul and so encouraging when it comes to both us and Kody. I cannot thank Jonathan enough for what he has done for us. He left solid foundations for us to grow on. Kody is such a sweet and smart boy, and we always want the best for him. Jonathan truly is the best.

After deciding to keep him and not knowing anything about dog training, we decided to look for some formal training classes. The group class at PetCo did not fair too well so private lessons were the next step, We had one assessment lesson and four lessons afterwards. The things we learned, the questions Jonathan was able to answer were all fantastic. The pup is about a year old now and if we did not have formal training, who knows what state his behavior will be. We are very grateful for the time, care, and lessons we were given to help train our dog and perhaps look forward to a couple more lessons here and there.

But this spot has…read moreeverything your dog needs from food (not the prescription kind though), toys, accessories, clothes, treats, supplements, etc. and it has become my favorite bath time location for our large forever puppy! The way it works is you purchase a token at the cash register (I think there's a usual deal of buy 3 get one free). I believe 1 token is about 20 minutes total of wash/soap, rinse and dry. They've got 5 bathing stations and one of them has its own wall that's convenient for those dogs that just can't be too close to another dog. They supply you with everything you need - each station has it's own water hose that includes the shampoo (3 different options), they also supply extra shampoo if you need it, aprons, and clean towels. The staff keeps this area very clean and are pretty quick to cleanup the stations after people leave to get it ready for the next person. It's probably busiest during the morning and there could be long lines but so far I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes and luckily my dog is more patient nowadays. There is also an emergency button that can be activated in case a dog decides to get slippery and escape the tub! I haven't seen it used (thankfully) but I think it's designed to ensure all doors are closed so the dog can't get out of the building. My interactions with all the staff at different occasions have all been very positive. Whether it was a question about baths, food, supplements, first aid, or treats they have all just been helpful, very knowledgeable, and always friendly!

As a…read morenew dog owner, I'll admit the process felt a bit unconventional, and I decided to wait a few days after she returned home to write this review so I could evaluate the results objectively. Now that we are home, I am incredibly pleased with the outcome. Milot's behavior has shifted significantly for the better. Anthony spent two hours with me during pickup to ensure I understood the commands and techniques he used, and by implementing those daily, I've seen a massive difference in our routine. While the 'behind-the-scenes' of intensive training can feel a bit like a black box for a first-time owner, the results speak for themselves. If you are looking for a program that delivers a noticeable transformation, it is well worth the investment. I'm very happy with Milot's progress! Other things to note - Anthony was very responsive. Sent videos of progress and video chats as well - clean/brushed/bathe at least once before pickup - flexible with drop off and pickup Happy with the result. Highly recommend.

They let me know he wouldn't be able to stay unless he received professional training. With only two weeks before our trip, I reached out to PowerHouseK9. Anthony took him in for a week and made an incredible difference. He taught our dog to heel, walk calmly, and stop pulling on the leash. The improvement was obvious the moment we picked him up. Anthony is knowledgeable, patient, and clearly skilled at working with strong, high‑energy dogs. I'm extremely grateful for the results and highly recommend PowerHouseK9 to anyone looking for effective, professional dog training.

I realized how stressed I felt taking them to a vet boarding place, where my fur babies sit in a jail cell mostly isolated from people and fun. Bonnie interviewed my dogs and assessed whether they were a good fit and could get along with other dogs. She and Mike had no problem with my anxious and chatty hound/shepherd mix or grounded and stubborn carian terrier. They jumped right in the mix and had SO much fun! Bonnie made sure to send me pictures of them at rest and play, while we were away, which helped us relax and have fun, too. They have a great yard with fenced in areas, which allow for separation if needed. I think most of the time the poochies run and play, and then crash at night from a long day of fun. They really know dogs, and I was impressed at their compassion and humor while also keeping a watchful eye on how the dogs interacted with each other. Bonnie and Mike feel like a part of the family now. We'll see them next time we have to leave town without our dogs.
