Kelly was knowledgeable and patient in helping me pick out the light fixtures and also the type of LED light bulbs that would be most appropriate in terms of daylight brightness. The most amazing thing is that after I had the light fixtures installed, I had a problem inserting one of the lightbulbs. They offered no compensation for my time to correct their problem. They adamantly said that they couldn't do anything and refused to offer any other help. So I do not receive what I spent a lot of money for until I correct their mistake and there was zero attempt to help. None. Absolutely none. Three different people and no help. Everyone threw their hands in the air and acted like there was nothing that could be done. I have never had that happen before.
