Initially it was an ok experience with Ramin about facelift my website. When there is an issue…read moreabout misunderstanding during the communication, Ramin's handling of the issue is disappointing. His text communication is full of "I have to check", "not even sure", "kind of late", "have to check". When I point out his messages were not clear about a specific question, he points to my attitude, which I totally disagree. (I uploaded the screen shots of the conversation below). The reason I give two stars instead of one, is because the initial work of this project was ok (not great though).

If you ask ME, Pat Designer is the real deal!…read more I was wanting a redesign of my companies logo and Pat had designed the logo for a company I work for. He did such a great job on their logo and cards it took all the guesswork out of who I should go with.He was easy to talk with, made sure he understood what I wanted, and made sure I understood what we should do, what we shouldn't, and why. He was super helpful and I knew I made the right choice after our first conversation. His first logo was good, but I wanted something different, his second submission was GREAT and we went with it, the cards he designed were even better! To say Pat is GOOD at his job is an understatement, this is clearly not just a job, but a passion, a passion with which Pat shares with each and every client, and it shows in the quality of his work and his enthusiasm discussing the business. I couldn't possibly be happier and am looking forward to working with Pat in the future, utilizing his expertise in the other services he provides. If you are looking for someone to do the things Pat Designer provides, you can bet you won't find any better!
