After initially stopping in at Dover Dodge and looking over the vehicles and getting some initial prices, I then did my research and contacted numerous Dodge dealers within a radius of about 1500 miles. I knew that the cost of shipping was in the area of $600 so this did not deter me from the other dealers. This is not my first time to the rodeo. I have purchased or leased (both local and from far away) half a dozen cars in the past five years. After arriving at Dover Dodge and shopping the lot, I was approached by Kevin who I found well informed on Dodge products and articulate. He answered our initial questions and left us alone to browse and sit in the vehicles. This is extremely important to me when shopping for a car. Please don't follow me around ! After making some initial choices on which vehicles we were interested in, he provided us with some pricing (which I later found to be highly competitive) and further information on these specific vehicles. At no time was he pushy nor did he try to rush us into a decision. So at that point we departed and the car search continued. After contacting numerous dealers and getting a whole range of pricing (most higher) I returned to Dover Dodge. Dover Dodge had the car I wanted, equipped the way I wanted it and at a fair price. Were there cheaper dealers? Yes. But not by much. The hassle of shipping or pickup would have outweighed the cost savings. Did I read the other Yelps. Yes, and I wanted to judge for myself. The other Yelps had a few valid points. READ YOUR CONTRACT. There were no surprises. Did I decline the extended warranty? Yes. Geico Insurance includes one ! Was the finance guy nice? Yes. He went over all points of the contract, if I missed something it was my fault. If he is going to fast, tell him to slow down. Take your time !!! DO not let him rush you. The best thing to do would be to get a blank copy of the contract before you sign and review it in a quiet room. Was I satisfied with my specific car buying experience? Yes. Would I buy from them again? Yes based on my specific experience. Was Kevin a great sales consultant? Yes. Would I recommend Kevin? Yes. And to rebut another Yelp'ers comment, I found all the sales consultants well dressed and dressed appropriately for their profession. Along with that they all seemed to be acting professionally. Nobody was smoking at the entrance to the showroom. If you smoke go to the rear of the building !!! Thank you Kevin and Dover Dodge. We love our Charger ! Disappointing experience: paid for repairs that didn't fix the problem…read moreI brought my Jeep Wrangler because it was stalling in the middle of the road. Last year they replaced a sensor, but the problem was not fixed. This year I went back with the same issue. At first they couldn't find the cause. Then they called me to say an injector needed replacing, and I paid nearly $1,000 for that one repair. I picked up the car, and the very next day it stalled in the middle of the road again. I understand that diagnosing an intermittent problem can be challenging. What I don't accept is how they handled it. When I called to explain that the problem was still there, they told me I could bring the car back but would be charged for a new diagnosis. After two paid repairs that didn't fix the problem, I expected them to stand behind their work. Instead, it felt like the customer was left paying for the shop's guesswork. This has been the least customer-friendly garage I've dealt with. A stalling vehicle is a safety issue, and I expected far more accountability. Go there at your own risk.

One phone call was all we needed to know we picked the right dealer. Michael Ladenheim could not have been more professional in how he handled explaining not only where the other dealer was taking advantage of us in their padded fee numbers, but offered a much better/longer warranty, and better overall pricing. Signing and changing from lease to finance with Trend could not have been easier, and we will be back the next car we need, and will absolutely refer family and friends to Trend. Also - the dealership is absolutely taken care of, clean, welcoming and a comfortable sitting area for those with children needing to tag along.

My wife and I purchased a 2013 Audi A4 allroad from Matt in early August 2021. Before signing on the dotted line above the disclaimer "vehicle sold as-is", I asked specifically what would happen if the car blew up a week into ownership. Matt said, "if something like that happens, bring it back to us, we'll figure it out together." Well, a week later the car blew up (this is an exaggeration -- an injector failed open and the car broke down), I brought it back to them as requested and, as promised, they took great care of my wife and I. Salespeople sometimes can and will say whatever they can to move product, but Matt and John (service manager) and the rest of the team at Trend Motors followed through on what they said they'd do both before and after the sale. We can't recommend them highly enough. Now that we have first-hand experience with their high level of integrity and the level of service they offered us, we will definitely be coming back to Trend Motors for all future purchases.

Twice the vehicle wouldn't start. Then the back up camera only worked, intermittently. Brought the car in and they replaced the camera. A week later, same problem. Then the other cameras didn't work, followed by the key fobs. On June 1st we brought the car back in. It's now over a month and the service department still has no idea what's wrong with it. But that's truly not the worst part. The worst part of the experience is the lack of customer service being provided. The service rep, Courtney, never calls back. Then my husband escalated to the service manager, Paul. He doesn't call back either. No one can be bothered to return a phone call or provide an update. It's shameful. In one week alone my husband called 10 times and left messages and not a single call was returned. Great buying experience with Jose Matos, but based on the lack of customer service, we can't in good conscience ever buy from them again or recommend them to others. We're currently exploring our options through the Lemon Law as they have left us no choice. UPDATE!!! Less than 24 hours after posting this review, my husband got a call from Ernie Dix, service manager. They finally determined the problem, ordered the part, and received the part via FedEx. The car is fixed and back at home where it belongs! I considered removing the review now that the car is fixed, but honestly it's all about communication. If someone at the dealership had simply reached out and said the part had been ordered, I wouldn't have had to write the bad review in the first place. I have updated my review to since Ernie at least saw the review and immediately reached out to my husband. Bottom line, it's all about communication and mutual respect. I hope that there is a lesson to be learned here for their customer service team. Thank you, Ernie, for your attention to the situation.
