Nice person and great massage but very unprofessional in business matters. My appointment got moved up a day because of an issue on my scheduled day that was scheduled 2 weeks in advance. No phone call about the changes, but a text message. Who conducts business like this. I tried calling and get no answer so I text back that I'd try to work thru lunch. After last minute rearranging of my work schedule, I manage to show up to my NEW appointment 5 minutes early. I'm greeted by a locked door. I try calling and of course no answer. I look at my messages and see that i've Been canceled completely because she has emergency dental issue and we'll reschedule something later. Again, no phone call to tell me this.
I have never conducted appointments and business by text messages before and if this is the future with a millennial than I'm sad. I'd prefer a phone call like my doctor, chiropractor, dentist, or physical therapist; and I thought a massage therapist was professional and equal to those other professions listed.
This person is nice, friendly, good hands and great pricing. But those good things are nothing if you can't ever get an answer on the phone or a phone call for appointment changes. read more
