So I'm in severe pain a wait a month to get in to see someone Doctor, PA, well I was seen by PA or APRN named Ashley. she was very rude. I gave her some medical records that I printed out so they would see all of the reasons why I would need to be at a plain clinic. Also a referral was put in by my doctor however, before I went, I made a portal that portal show that I had high levels of alcohol. I was like thinking to that maybe they could explain to me why is that so when I go in on my appointment and that's because on the it was three years ago so when Ashley comes in, she does not speak. She begins to tell me that they won't be able to give me any medication and I said why but also I know why does my test results from three years ago I've seen said elevated levels of alcohol. She scuffed at it and said the reason why you wait so long. This time is because it was high levels of alcohol again so I tell her I'm confused because I do not drink at all so could it be the medication that I'm on and she laughed at me said no it's not your I I do not drink something is wrong. She laughed again and said if you make an appointment, you can make another appointment but I'm telling you you're not getting anything with a laugh so when she door kind of in a polite, but horrible the exit is that way what she told me I said I'm so happy that I have you and you laughing and being sarcastic with me the whole time well she got upset and kept saying you recorded me you recorded me and I ignored her just like what I was telling her she ignored thing you know I'm being told that I can't come up there by her that politely, but I'm politely in front of everyone in the lobby that I will no longer be welcome there. I would not go back there even if someone paid me to go back there so people save your energy your money and your body and seek real medical care somewhere else!!

I was told THREE times to be sure and arrive 40 minutes before my appointment time to fill out paperwork. I arrived at 7:20 as instructed and the building was locked. It wasn't opened until 7:45. The paperwork took all of 3 minutes to fill out. The temperature in the waiting room was 64 degrees. Quite uncomfortable. My appointment time was 8:00. I was called back to a room at 8:15. The nurse informed me that the doctor was running a little late. He came in around 8:35. His laptop was dead. He had to leave to grab a power cord. Then he needed to change his password but couldn't, so he had to get the nurse to help him. He spent all of about 5 minutes talking to me. I had to use leave time from work to be there. If I had been late, they would have cancelled my appointment and charged me for the visit regardless. Talk about first impressions, huh? The receptionist wears a badge cover that says "I don't know, I just work here". While I am sure that's meant to be funny, it sure felt like no one there really cares much at all.
