Having a PRIVATE paid health insurance card was not the norm so I was made to feel my health care coverage was below par from what they were use to or knew how to handle. I do not have MEDICAID, MEDICARE, or WORKMAN"S COMP. I am an independently self paying client who pays privately for their health care. Every single visit I was asked if my "$7500 deductible was met" outloud in front of other clients. Not only is this is a violation of my personal rights as a client but extremely embarassing and uprofessional. I have discontinued my visits there because on my last few visits I had to constantly remind them to check my hips. I was having numbness and tingling and knew they needed attention. My last visit when I was a few minutes late I was told I needed to be mindful of my time and talked down to like I was 5 years old. If this is how the STAFF want to treat cash paying clients after years of service this is not the place I want to frequent any longer.

So I struggle with migraines. I have had them since childhood. They got bad during nursing school…read more22 years ago. A good month for me is about 15 migraines. A really really good month is 10. A bad month is 24+. August was a bad month. I always have a headache. I don't even mention the word migraine until the pain is over a 5/10. It was a struggle starting work and still settling into life in Florida. I was going to a chiropractor who wasn't helping give me any relief at all. Last week I found another chiropractor and went to him just looking for any relief from the constant pain. Dr. Rob worked on me for 30 minutes after listening to my story and checking out my broken body. I left there pain free! For days! I went back 6 days later and he worked on my TMJ which I have had since I was a child. He said most migraines start there. My pain is gone! I have never felt like this before! No headache! Not even a little one! I started to got a migraine after the third night shift but I did the exercises Dr Rob taught me and it just melted away! So thankful! I feel like I might actually get my life back and be able to live pain free for the first time I can really remember.
