I am very angry with my experience and I find it completely unprofessional and amateur to mismanage a schedule that poorly. I will be making the same complaint on multiple platforms. I was not the only one who had been waiting hours, several people in the waiting room were complaining about it being way past their appointment. I'm active duty military, and my free time and time with my family is sacred. When that time is squandered due to poor management, that is just disrespectful.

The pain I was experiencing was extreme and I was at the point where I could barely walk. Dr Hansy performed the operation, but before that, he took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure to both me and my husband. The end result was nothing short of miraculous. The procedure was done as an out-patient and it couldn't have gone better. HIs skill as a physician and surgeon quite literally changed my entire life for the better. By extension, that also changed the lives of those around me. I came to be at a place where I could walk easily and enjoy life once again. I was able to enjoy life with my family. The debilitating and relentless pain came to end. In short, he brought joy back into my life by providing me with the necessary means to continue living in a more meaningful manner.
