My former experiences felt like there was a genuine interest in being friendly, helpful, and willing to work with me. Sadly, that is not the clinic I encountered when I returned. The entire front desk staff I previously knew appears to be gone, as are at least two former therapists. I specifically requested a remaining therapist who had evaluated me due to a prior injury, and in whom I had confidence. My initial evaluation for this injury was supposed to be with them. Without consulting me I was assigned to a therapist I had never met or observed. I subsequently made multiple attempts to switch to a therapist I trusted. Those requests were denied. I was told the new therapist would provide "continuity of care." That made little sense to me, since I had previously been evaluated by the therapist I requested and trusted. If continuity was the objective, continuing that relationship seemed the obvious choice--not assigning me to someone I had never met and then citing "continuity" as the reason. I was willing to adjust my schedule to match my preferred therapist's schedule through December. The front desk told me they had been instructed to schedule me with the new therapist. Period. My single session with the new therapist was unsatisfactory. about three days later I asked the front desk for a copy of the notes from that session. I was simply told "no" and directed to write to their corporate records department. This, too, was a substantial change from my previous experiences. I don't know what changed internally at PT Solutions, and I won't speculate. I can only describe the differences I experienced. The old atmosphere felt friendly, accommodating, and collaborative. My recent experience felt much more like, "This is how you must do it now." They would not even consider anything else, even when I offered to accommodate their schedule. It was their way or the highway. PT Solutions is approximately five minutes from my home, so leaving is genuinely inconvenient. I wanted to remain a patient and repeatedly tried to find ways to do so while working with a therapist I already knew and trusted. In the end, they didn't keep me on the new therapist's schedule. They lost me as a patient.

I've since seen her 3 more times for more of a full body massage, and she has intuitive hands. Without my telling her, she knows exactly where to pause and work just by feel. She is very open to feedback about pressure and checks in appropriately for my comfort. The room is very relaxing and the heated massage table is a plus. I really like that Jacqueline has me sit and update her on my symptoms before we start the massage so she can plan out what she recommends we focus on. I never feel any pressure to schedule more, but she is always open to seeing me as needed. The app is super easy to navigate to self schedule. Payment is easy at the end of the session on an ipad with a credit card, and you can add gratuity there without any pressure. I HIGHLY recommend Jacqueline. She has great hands, an intuitive sense of what areas need more help, great communication and teaching skills, a great bedside manner, and seems to genuinely care about her patients comfort and well being.

Dr. Goyeneche and Associates receive a biG A+ from myself and family…read more I had an in office visit today, March 2025, for a shot in my hip to help reduce the pain which I'm experiencing. It was done with great ease and very little discomfort. Dr. Goyeneche receives an A+ due to two previous shots in my hip, which were awful. His skills are far above past experiences. This is for the Pace location…read more I am not one to do this but I came here for my initial Physical Therapy weeks ago and worked with Viktor and thought he ws great. He really was, so i give hime credit. He was empathetic and helpful. I have had major cervical stenosis and major myofascial muscle knots because of it. He was able to help take the edge off the pain with stretches which I appreciated and tried to work out the knots but with little success. But I dont believe that was his fault. The pain came back full force, even with stretching and injections. After talking to my primary she was confused on why PT didn't recommend dry needling or another procedure for my back that my pain Dr that sent then could try since the knots were so bad and would not disappear. ( I now realize they don't have the training or schooling deal with severe issues at this location). So she ordered another referral but asked me to go to a different Physical therapist. I was happy with my previous experience so I said i would go back to these guys. The referral was sent over. It specifically stated dry needling for thorasic strain in wall and tendon. It was VERY clear it was the back. They scheduled me two weeks out and if you have severe pain, you know how long two weeks feels like. I go in today for it and received a different PT. She immediately did not seem as empathetic as Viktor. She actually had NO CLUE why i was there or even looked at my paperwork before seeing her patient. (Another suggestion, if your patient returns, do not switch therapist). She told me, no we don't do that here. We are not trained for that. I would have had to take way more courses and I am not going to do that. OK. I really didn't think that was professional to state the last part but ok. I was not impressed with the bedside manner. She was even joking with other patients while she was dealing with my tears and distress. Unacceptable. I left in tears (mostly due to being in pain for 6 months and I thought FINALLY I am going to get some relief. It was quite embarrassing to have this whole thing go on in front of other patients instead of in private with my Healthcare provider. Since I am at it, why does the front desk ladies always seem bothered you are interrupting non work related conversations. A smile might be nice. That being said, I waited TWO weeks for that appointment. In pain. Why in the WORLD is Andrews scheduling for a referral they can NOT do. The woman told me the front desk really doesn't know things and they just schedule. Maybe this girl was new. I don't know. I am not putting her name out there because everyone has bad days but while I got a sorry, it was not ok to joke, and not ok to mention the schooling part the way she did. There is a professional, kind way to handle that situation and that wasn't it. WHY is a professional not looking over these referrals first? Why are trained medical professionals not going over thier patients paperwork before seeing them? Very very unprofessional. And very VERY WRONG to schedule that far out for something they can not do. I don't understand. Please, please Andrews, have a trained professional review these referrals. Do not waste the time of patients that have been physically hurting and are dealing with severe emotional strain because of it. When you do this, they have to start over with a new PT that could also take several weeks and delay healing and relief. And if you do mess up show some accountability. NICOLE WALL

What really sets this place apart, though, is the incredible staff. Over the course of six months, I had the opportunity to work with the entire team, especially Rachel, Adam, and Mr. Louie. Their knowledge, encouragement, and personalized approach helped me create a successful recovery plan for both my foot and hip. Before finding this practice, I endured four emergency room visits and multiple appointments with my primary care physician, who repeatedly, and incorrectly diagnosed me with hypertension and prescribed medication I didn't need. My blood pressure remained normal at home, and I knew deep down that the root cause of my vertigo was being missed. Desperate for answers, I found an ENT on my own, who recommended vestibular rehabilitation with Dr. Watkins. I'll be honest: the first visit was difficult, and we had to stop early. However, I noticed immediately afterward that my dizziness improved when turning my head on the pillow-a small but significant victory. I was hesitant to return, but encouraged by my husband and my own intuition, I went back for a second session. After just 15 minutes of specialized vestibular physical therapy, my vertigo and dizziness completely disappeared. It felt like I was a new person. No one else was able to provide the correct diagnosis or relief until I walked into Legendary Performance. Dr. Watkins is incredibly caring, professional, and--most importantly--highly knowledgeable. His diagnostic skills gave me my life back. If I ever experience these symptoms again, I wouldn't hesitate for a second to return. Thank you, Dr. Watkins!
