Everything was divine and our guests raved about the food. She arrived on time showed me how to put the meals together, how to heat up the food, when to mix the salad ingredients, etc. I know she provides these types of services for an extra cost but it was not difficult for me to follow the directions. The presentation was beautiful. She provided the salmon and beef on large oval platters and made it easy to pour the condiments/sauce on top. I wish I took pics. My only complaint is the scheduling function on the website does not work, and so direct emailing or calling is the best way to communicate. I really look forward to working with her again!
