I got other bids and they ranged from advising me that all the stucco on the house needed to be replaced at thousands of dollars, to just power washing it. Brian cleaned off all the mildew, brought the stucco up to the current code by adding a slope to all horizontal surfaces for better drainage and fixed a couple of areas that weren't draining correctly. He got everything done in a day, cleaned up all materials and I thought his price was very reasonable for how hard he had to work (I had tried cleaning the stucco myself and it was hopeless!).
