Both issues were shrugged off with, "Heat pumps aren't really made for this climate." Then, why did they sell me one for $11,000???? When the unit stopped cooling altogether during the recent heatwave, I finally got an answer to my texts and messages that said, "Sorry, but I can't help you. I'm on vacation in Orlando, Florida, and won't be back until next Tuesday." As I was trying to comprehend any business owner going on vacation without arranging for an on-call substitute, we agreed that Paul would call me on the following Tuesday, after he returned home. That would have been two weeks ago and my phone has yet to ring. I don't know, or care, if this lack of responsibility is due to confusion, subterfuge, or embarrassment, and frankly, I don't care. What I do know is that I cannot trust Delta T to perform their work without complications or with any honest attempt at service after the sale, as promised. Never, ever... for ANY reason... lie to your customers!

I wanted to get an electric anode rod replaced in my water heater since they are supposed to be replaced every 3-5 years but the electric rods last up to 20 years. I didn't want to take off time from work and they booked me for an evening appointment between 6-7 pm on a Friday. The tech showed up right on time and got to work. The procedure is relatively simple but if you run into a snag getting the rod out then it can be time consuming so I didn't want to mess with it. Less than an hour later he was done the cost was $250 which is inline with the range I was seeing online for what people paid with other places. I saw a wasps nest on my front porch as I was paying the invoice with the tech and he went to his truck and got some wasps killer for me to use.

From my very first contact, their communication was fantastic--I felt confident they understood exactly what was needed. Derrick, the plumber who came out, was knowledgeable, thorough, and kind.
