A few days later another person called that had no accent and claimed that he is the same person and changed his price. We accepted their higher prices because we had already paid a down payment. After they picked up the final payment we discovered that the leaf guards were not included. At that point we couldn't do anything about it; the whole experience has been a nightmare. None of the gutters are properly installed and drain flies have been invading our house and none of the treatments are working. According to the pest control company, the rain water is not drained properly due to the improper installation and thus creating the drain flies. We reported the improper installation five months after they finished the job but they continue to ignore us. Now they claim that a year warranty is over and you have to pay for them to correct their install. I do NOT recommend this company to anyone unless you have an attorney and upon completion an expert to examine the work.

We first discovered Advanced Seamless Rain Gutter Solutions from a thorough look at gutter service companies in the Austin area. Our family was looking to complete some extensive renovations to our home, mainly surrounding drainage and runoff from living on an incline. In truth, I looked back at our emails and we started corresponding back in the summer of 2022. Shellie was quick to respond to our inquiries, and soon after we met Tyler who came out and did a quote for us. Several years later, after we secured financing and finally pulled the trigger on renovations, we emailed back to let them know we were ready to go. By then, our plans had changed quite a bit, but Shellie and Tyler remained absolutely flexible and willing to help. At no time did we feel pressured, they just asked for honest communication about our project and we committed to that. Throughout our experience, from initial quote, to walkthrough, to design changes and installation, Shellie, Tyler, and the entire installation team were prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable about the work that they were doing for us.
