MWF are cardio days and T/TH are strength days. Saturday is a one hour mix of the two! How the class is set up: start with trainers doing a tutorial, warm up period, and ~45 min of interval training. The trainers walk around making sure your form is correct. And you can always look at the screen if you forget what you have to do at each station. Overall, I think this is the best workout to burn fat and build lean muscle!

I have achieved goals I never thought I would even set for myself when I first started out on this fitness journey. My favorite thing about OTF are the "benchmarks" and specialty workouts that keep me motivated. My favorite is the 1mi timed run and I can't wait to beat my time again. Marathon Month encouraged me to try to run for the first time in years and made it my favorite portion of our workouts (and I was NOT a runner). OTF will bust your ass but remains perfect for anyone at any level of fitness and they know exactly how to modify exercises for people with injuries too. One thing that stands out among other gyms is that I am totally not self-conscious here. All the members are so encouraging and uplifting, you'll never feel judged. The sales associates at the front desk are EXTREMELY welcoming, helpful, and professional. I haven't experienced this level of professionalism at any other gym. I cannot recommend this place enough. It changed my life and I will be a member for life.

As someone who went from being a sedentary desk worker to actually working out let me give you a run down about who this is for. 1. This is for people who like a structured workout 2. The price is very reasonable when you think about it. From the Coaches, Machines, and the facilities it all gets factored in 3. No one is there to make you feel bad. There are people with all different body types trying to be healthier. 4. Get there on time, they have strict on time policies that you need to adhere to. 5. Don't be afraid to ask questions, the coaches are there for you. 6. Everyone knows each other, you will be like an outsider on your first session. Don't let that frighten you! Over time you will get to know everyone. 7. Please understand what the orange theory actually is. Many websites explain it very well so please look into it. You aren't going to get shredded just doing orange theory. 8. Overall orange theory is very worth it if you understand what you are getting yourself into.

I did not have to deal with the team members from my previous visit, really hope not to see them again honestly. Can't wait to get back in the gym thanks to the quick responses of the owner and of course again, Matt. Although I didn't have any questions he was sure to ask if I had any and if he could better assist me in any way! Super great. I went yesterday because I spoke with someone about restarting my account, which was suppose to be canceled and when i learned it was not, i called and was told there was an overdue amount. They told me they would forgive the amount and restart the account for me since it was not canceled on their behalf. when I went in and gave them the account info. the two staff members unnecessarily looked at each other and laughed, then the male worker asked for my banking info, I told him I would give him my card info instead because that would be the card used to pay monthly on the account, he tried to tell me the card had a hold on it, which it does not, then told me he could restart the account if i brought him my banking info, which i know is not how it works. They are able to use my card just as well as my bank information. Very disappointed.
