If you are lookIng for a gym with a fun atmosphere, a hella good workout, trainers who care deeply and know what they are talking about, and motivation galore then you NEED to try out F45 Lubbock!! I have been going here for about a year now and I can say hands down that this is the best gym I've ever been a part of, and I've been a member to quite a few in my life so far! First off, the workouts are rotating but always changing so you're never bored or lacking in a certain area! You get a full body workout and everyother day is tailored to cardio or strength, with Saturday's being special because it's a hybrid. Secondly, the trainers are unique in the fact that not only are they there to motivate you but they also go above and beyond too help you out - whether it's helping you to correct your form or talking to you about how to reach your goals! Every single one has helped me in some way - whether it was a motivating talk, form, or nutrition, they are there to help you create your best possible self!! I definitely have not found that Llewelyn of helpfulness or care anywhere else. Lastly, the atmosphere is always superb with the gym being pristine, great music, and high fives galore from the trainers and other gym members as well - every one is there helping each other to feel comfortable and is excited to see yoU succeed! The whole idea behind why they are successful is because they treat you like family - and I for one absolutely love that about this place!! This is probably the best workout I've ever done!! The workouts are never the same so you won't get bored and the classes are only 45 minutes and scheduled at very convenient times throughout the day. The workout is functional HIIT training; M/W/F are cardio days and T/Th are strength days; Saturday is 60 minutes with a combination of the two. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable and go through each step of the workout prior to starting. They then walk around and help people with form and modifications if needed. There are also TV screens that show you the workouts in case you forget. Everyone, including the members, cheer each other on and high five each other throughout the workout. I like that there are people of all ages and fitness levels and that everyone goes at their own pace with the same goal of finishing. If you're looking to burn fat and build lean muscle, F45 is the place for you!! read more

This is the best place in town to get your workout on. I've never liked going to a gym because others may be more experienced, not knowing how to work certain machines, you have to figure out exactly what to do, etc. But this is perfect. I just show up and everything is ready and I'm done in 45 min having burned 500-80 cals. It's fun and the workout is different every day so you dont get bored. The trainers are so nice and encouraging. The other people are not there to judge but instead cheer everyone on. The music is awesome and the tv monitors all around help you know your timing and what you're supposed to be doing. This is the only way I can commit to a healthy lifestyle and exercise routine and I will be a member for life!! read more

F45 West Lubbock is like a home away from home for me! I feel like family walking in every morning. All of the trainers greet us by name and make us feel so welcome each and every day! Every workout is structured differently so there is never a dull moment. No workout is ever the same! It's a different workout experience each and every time I come to class. I walk in pumped for a great workout, and walk out drenched and dripping with sweat and sore from all the muscles I have worked... muscles I didn't even know I had! Everyone is so highly motivating with constant high fives along with words of encouragement throughout your entire workout. You can tell that the routines are really well designed by their corporate team, and not just thrown together by a trainer or the gym owners.
