The best thing about Jason is the fact that he always trys to come up with the best COST EFFECTIVE solution for whatever problems I may have. I have found that IT/computer repair are often like car mechanics, they are constantly trying to do more work than required to make an extra buck. Jason has proven himself honest to me by only recommending what he thinks needs to be done to fix my problem. A good example of this was when my sisters MacBook Air had a messed up screen. She brought it to another shop and they wanted to replace the whole screen portion. Unfortunately one of the parts wasn't working properly when it came in, but that was not due to anything Daniel did,but was the fault of the place the part came from. Daniel reordered the part and then repaired it again from scratch. Two weeks later, today in fact I noticed that the cover was not closing flat on my computer so I took it in to him today. Daniel patiently took it apart to find the problem .He did find a screw that was loose and he tightened the screw. I think Daniel is extremely thorough and will always take any computer problems I have to him in future.
