They never followed up and I had to take the initiative to follow up and reschedule each time. After then, I then received a calendar invite addressed to the wrong person (they just with a last name similar to my first name) that included personal information of reason why this person using their services - huge security concerns regarding this company's safekeeping of personal private information. After the meeting, I didn't hear anything for weeks and had to reach out again just for an update or ETA. When I finally received my documents, there was incorrect information on them. The invoice was sent without notice and was the first time pricing was mentioned, and it lacked any breakdown or explanation. After I asked, I was told the total had been miscalculated -- not reassuring when dealing with something as important as taxes. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and unclear billing left me with a negative impression. I would absolutely not recommend this service based on my experience.

Do not approach this business for your tax or financial needs unless you make sure you meet their…read morecriteria as a client and then, it is possibly best to make sure you have a written agreement that they will service you if you need them to complete your taxes. Unfortunately I approached them at an off tax time with an accounting concern and they were very helpful and, at that time, I got a verbal agreement that they would complete our filing. I called a couple of times after the initial contact with this company to make sure I would be contacted at tax time and asked questions regarding their procedures and asked to be put on their contact list when they were completing returns. After calling today again, to confirm their process I got the unfiltered truth that because of their selected client criteria and because they were short staffed they would not be able to complete our return. Additionally, there was no "notes" in their system that I had contacted them previously other than the helpful accountant did remember us. Very disappointing business practices.
