Unfortunately, after initial contact and meeting with the opposing appraiser, Taylor became somewhat unresponsive and didn't seem to be engaging with the opposing appraiser to get everything resolved in a timely manner. I'm not sure that he has a lot of experience with residential claims, so maybe that's something to note. Taylor even let some simple mistakes into the final appraisal. I ultimately got more than I originally had in the claim, but not the new roof that three roofers and Taylor (and the opposing appraiser!) said I needed.
