They started asking questions about my day, my life, and my background to get a better perspective on how I was going to file. Not even 10 minutes had passed when I already knew my refund amount and estimate on how much it would cost me. Waited 30 minutes past our appointment time to meet with someone. Once she started our process she immediately admitted that she was new and Needed to get assistance, it was obvious she was overwhelmed. To be fair we appreciated her honesty. You don't want someone who isn't a hundred percent confident doing your taxes. So we got rescheduled to the next weekend to come in with the right agent since they did not have time for us that day. We arrived promptly a week later and were informed the gentleman who was supposed to do our taxes was running behind and were we fine with Meeting with a different agent to which I responded no. So here we sit waiting for our "scheduled" appointment time. Go somewhere else, there is an H&R block on every corner and this one wastes your time.
