He said he could have someone out there quickly to check it out, so I took him up on the offer and within 20 minutes there was a truck with an Interstate Roofing logo on the side pulling up to my house. The project manager (Bill) who arrived was kind, knowledgeable, and professional. He told me that we did in fact have significant damage and that my roof needed total replacement. He asked some questions about our policy and offered to be there when we file our claim. He also said that all we would have to pay was our deductible, no matter how much work had to be done, because our insurance policy covered total replacement and upgrade to current code. It sounded too good to be true, but we ended up choosing Interstate because Bill was the most helpful and knowledgeable contractor that I talked to about the roof. He told me that he'd be available when the insurance adjuster came out to do the inspection. I called him after I had a date and time, and hr was at our house about 15 minutes early the day of the adjustment. The adjuster found damage and told us that the roof was a total loss. Our insurance did pay for a new roof and even upgraded me to a better material because of what is required by code. Thanks to Bill, the project went smoothly and quickly. They did everything he said they were going to do, and I only paid my deductible. I can't say enough about this company and our roofing project manager.
