They have told me that one side of my house needs to be a different color than the other sides and my broken roof tiles are fine, unless I want to pay for the repairs myself. My only response is to speak truth to power and let you all know how Nationwide has treated me. They don't promptly return phone calls and when they do they speak kindly, and then email me a letter saying they will not cover the damage to my property. I hope to remind Nationwide Insurance that doing the right thing is important, and integrity should be above short-term corporate profits. I called them multiple times and they would never call me back. I looked them up on line and discovered they have no local location in Colorado at all, they are out of California. If you can't see them in person when it come to dealing with your insurance money, well I don't get it.
