Jared and Ian were on time every single morning as they had to check moisture levels , set up drying equipment, section off areas with heavy duty plastic sheets, protect existing carpeting up and down stairs, and explain what steps were involved to repair everything. Jared was even here when our insurance adjuster came to survey the damage. ( highly suggest this) The days of superior customer service are long gone in today's world. We had a very poor and long experience with ATI. The crews they used were not experienced or well…read moretrained. They guys were nice and always polite but the work wasn't great. The crews weren't well supported or supervised by ATI and there were lots of communication gaps. If you have a choice you'll probably want to go with another company. If you're filing a claim on your home owners policy and have to use ATI you'll have to very closely monitor all aspects of the project and document everything. You'll also want to stay in close contact with your insurance company. The ATI people blame a lot of their shortcomings on the insurance company, but in our situation we found that not to be true. Wish I could give a better review but I can't and I can't recommend using ATI.

David provided a complete estimate in October 2023 and aimed for a December start date which he adhered to despite the requirement to involve my HOA design Committee and a structural engineer for the project. From start to finish, the project was completed on schedule, as described, with the flexibility for upgrading flooring which I later requested. The team was competent, professional and ensured my complete approval and delight with the project. Unfortunately, after initial contact and meeting with the opposing appraiser, Taylor became somewhat unresponsive and didn't seem to be engaging with the opposing appraiser to get everything resolved in a timely manner. I'm not sure that he has a lot of experience with residential claims, so maybe that's something to note. Taylor even let some simple mistakes into the final appraisal. I ultimately got more than I originally had in the claim, but not the new roof that three roofers and Taylor (and the opposing appraiser!) said I needed.
