The crews weren't well supported or supervised by ATI and there were lots of communication gaps. If you have a choice you'll probably want to go with another company. If you're filing a claim on your home owners policy and have to use ATI you'll have to very closely monitor all aspects of the project and document everything. You'll also want to stay in close contact with your insurance company. The ATI people blame a lot of their shortcomings on the insurance company, but in our situation we found that not to be true. Unfortunately, after initial contact and meeting with the opposing appraiser, Taylor became somewhat unresponsive and didn't seem to be engaging with the opposing appraiser to get everything resolved in a timely manner. I'm not sure that he has a lot of experience with residential claims, so maybe that's something to note. Taylor even let some simple mistakes into the final appraisal. I ultimately got more than I originally had in the claim, but not the new roof that three roofers and Taylor (and the opposing appraiser!) said I needed.

There is trash everywhere as well as nails left all over our front and back decks. Please, HOAs, I know they are cheap but there is a reason for that.
