My agency is in Dallas and we needed to get these components to the Speedway so instead of printing and shipping here in Dallas I tasked these guys to save money on shipping and save time since they are near the Speedway. It was a risk and I was against the clock. Evan worked with me the whole way and I put him through the grinder with a million questions he always came back with solid info. I took a leap of faith on him and he came through in a big way. With all the changes the clients had requested, he had to rework the estimate atleast three times. Then when qualifying day came he showed up with everything we asked him for, found my contact people and showed them how to set up and install the step & repeat with hardware etc. Evan went the extra mile and if I was you I'd put complete trust in this shop to get the job done. Maybe just dont change it on him 3 or 4 times like I did. Solid shop we will use them again for next years race if they will have us!

I then sat and watched them shred all my stuff. There is a huge mirror behind/above them, so you can make sure there's no funny business going on. It took them 45 minutes to destroy all my stuff, due to the high volume. They methodically and efficiently took care of business. I don't know their names, but the name "Damon" was on my receipt. The second time it was out of my skill set and he had to do some repair. I told him I had a trip planned and needed it ASAP. Earl said he had a gently used part at the shop he could use or he could order me a new one. I told him I was fine with the used one. Earl did the work and didn't even charge me for the part, just the labor. Just recently I was on Lake Monroe and the alarm was going off on the boat and I couldn't figure out why. After about 30 minutes of trouble shooting and my girlfriend yelling at me, I called Earl and he was able to diagnose the problem over the phone and tell me how to fix it. From my experience at Quality Craft I'd say the service has been very professional and honest and I will continue to take my boat there for any maintenance.

For $480 you can get a Christmas wreath, garland and decorated side planters for the porch. They bring it to your home and decorate for you. What a great idea for people that are too busy to decorate (or like me, just not creative). I was encouraged by Makenzie to visit their website to see examples of their different decorating packages before ordering. The shop porch is also decorated. I volunteer for a non-profit organization, and I was put in charge of updating and replacing the sign that sits outside said organization. I shopped around a bit, and requested quotes from a few other sign companies, but I found the price at Wagner to be the most fair. They were also really quick to answer emails, which is important to me. The designer that I worked with was really professional and was able to design exactly what we wanted on the first try. When we wanted a few changes after his first design came in, he was gracious and incorporated those changes easily. Our finished sign was done and ready to pick up a whole week earlier than quoted, which was nice! Also, the sign was beautiful and was exactly what we wanted.
