When making the reservation it will ask you for your design and who you want to be seated by. They'll have your board and the stencil ready for you. After that, you'll do some damage to make it look a little worn, stain, paint, and stencil. Voila! It took us a few hours, so definitely don't plan anything immediately afterwards. Not only did it torn out great, they were also super helpful throughout the process. When I sent them my vector graphic, some of the elements were pixelated. They fixed the graphic, emailed it to me for approval and printed it onto a sturdy canvas that they recommended for outdoor use on occasion. Since I only use it about 10 times/year, that's fine for me. If you need a tougher canvas, they have other options. I LOVE my new banner!

Bob, the owner, listened to my ideas, what the conditions & requirements were and he made it happen.
