I worked with Kayley Vargo, (one of the interior designers there who I also knew from the commercial design community), on how to make my bathroom dream a reality. Her patience, skill, and creativity made her a perfect advocate for my design needs. Kayley helped me figure out the best use of a challenging space and was incredibly helpful when working with me on finding the best products to use, etc. She and I had an absolute blast designing the space!! From there, I had an amazing project manager, Bill Cundiff, who "held my hand" through the entire process, was readily available with any questions I had. We are Costco members and that's how we found ACO. The sales man told us our flooring options were…read morelimited with Costco (only 4 styles) and he'd recommend using ACO's line/options. Whatever that's fine... I found it odd the salesman wanted to show me sooo many options via text and only brought 2 to my house to look at it in person. I really liked one of the options though so it worked out. Scheduling was easy, the team was at our house on time to install, and were done in a couple hours. That said, I'm pretty confident in my assessment that the floors that were installed were not what I picked out. What I picked was very light, grey, almost concrete looking. What was installed was very dark and a lot of brown tones... it's like it's the same style but the wrong color was ordered. I mentioned this to both the project manager and the salesman, neither acknowledge me. For that reason I wouldn't use them again and unlikely to recommend to my family and friends.

The stuff makes you feel like you're more of an inconvenience then an appreciated customer . Try not to be so overly critical of business after one interaction. My salesperson (Masha) sourced an older style of granite that I saw on their website that was currently out of stock...They went above and beyond doing that! I made a mistake on the initial measurements, and they came out a few evenings later and cut/notched the granite to go around a cabinet free of charge! Their pricing was in-line with competitors, and I liked that I could see the granite/quartz in person at their shop here in Indy (other than pic on web), unlike the big box retailers!
