I was told my 11 year old would have jaw misalignment etc. We agreed etc and signed up for the 5000$ plan.After initial consultation with a Dr.she was then to take pictures herself at home and send them in! She did it twice and then refused.She never wore her Invisalign again.We were legally obligated to the 5 grand even after I explained the situation. Three years later we go in to have holders on teeth removed .When I mentioned to a person working there what had happened,she shrugged her shoulders and said -same with my son. But 5 grand,shrug? Kids! I had given up three years ago! You can't force them in their mouths! Lo and behold- we get the before and after pictures-send with pride!We did it! Her teeth weren't perfect but look pretty ok. But she never wore the Invisalign prescribed! So beware.Initial treatment day was so convincing and then you're basically on your own or your child's to take photos and send them in from home. Wasted money and worse-fights over wearing them, unfortunately not totally needed treatment. Lots of toys for patients and lovely staff but actual Dr contact minimum at best.I did call and ask cuz my Invisalign Dr checked every 6 weeks and these are kids with growing teeth and subsequent issues.

They also take insurance and are good about dealing with yours for you :) One of my biggest pet peeves in Marin is dentists who do not take insurance and make you deal with it on your own. They would forget to call me when my new Invisalign aligners were ready. One time they ordered the previous set of aligners that I had already used for months. I'm glad I decided to reach out to ask because if I had continued to use the old aligners, my teeth would've moved all the way back. The front desk is unhelpful and not polite, even on the phone. The assistants are always changing which is never a good sign.
