Tony had my AC running the next day and kept whatever temp patch he had on it working until the entire system was replaced. I live in a split level home...If you do as well you will understand when I say the upstairs is ALWAYS about 20 degrees warmer then the downstairs. I had always been told I needed two systems at a huge additional expense. I am not technical at all, but Tony with Paradise fixed the problem. He puts some kind of magical switch in, installed a vent in the upstairs hallway with a thermostat. When I tell you I damn near froze to death that night....AGAIN I can not say enough about this company. They are amazing!!! You may be calling them back for the same problem every year or so. I know first-hand. I was told by the "other" a/c guy that what he did could have caused a fire or ruined my less than 10--yr-old a/c unit. When confronted, first denied, then when asked, refused to reimburse the current expenses. Then only offered what was "stolen" from me on his last visit. It's been said, others have had issues. Because of this last experience, never again. Taking it further. Don't want this to happen to anyone else.

This is clearly unethical. We called their office multiple times to explain, they refused to make things right. Even though we told them that we had received two water bills that shown our line has no leak issues, they tried to convince us otherwise. All we are asking for is a refund. I could not get a hold of my regular person so I used quote through Yelp and he was the one from…read morethem. My water heater of 20 years gave out and needed replacement. I also had rather small 28 gal tank so I wanted to upgrade to a 47 gal. so I can finally fill bathtub and take a hot bath. 28 only filled half way in my tub. He gave me a quote over the phone and he was able to come the same day I called and did the job quickly. I had the several quote from $1500-$1900 he came in the middle. (Includibg tank and installation for electric water heater 47 gal. rheem pro) Though he did not have any review on yelp but there was a really good review on google so I took a chance and glad I did. He is a master plumber. My regular plummer called me a few days rater and told me I paid exactly he would have charged for the job.
