Matthew stated on the phone it was probably the capacitor and he would be over at 8AM the next day. He arrived on time and replaced the damaged capacitor bringing the AC back to working. Matthew was punctual, knowledgeable and friendly and the pricing for the repair I felt was very reasonable. I have dealt with 2 other HVAC companies in the past and because of their performances, I did not call them again. I wish I could give Kirkland 6 stars instead of the max 5 allowed. There are indeed other Heating and Air Companies in the Dallas area; but there is only one Kirkland.

At this point I was completely frustrated and went to Yelp and found Reginald of Accurate AC. I called him and he came out right away and was extremely professional and courteous. He was the only one who took the time to properly diagnose my issue. He was in my very hot attic for about an hour and informed me of my options. He mentioned either installing an inline blower or the best option was to build a distribution box that would route and distribute the air properly to each room. He came back a couple of days later and installed the distribution box. I finally had air in all rooms! He also noticed that I had loose wires that were exposed (a major fire hazard no doubt) and he also created a junction box to place them in at a very fair price. I had three other companies in my attic before him and NONE of them mentioned the wires! Due to his competitive pricing, high level of skill and professionalism, I called him back for another issue about a week ago, and he came out and went above and beyond again! I called about 5 minutes after 5pm - and left a message for the after hours team. A service technician called me back less than 20 minutes later and quickly put my mind at ease. He was kind, patient and courteous. He asked me several questions and took me a through a checklist of trouble-shooting tasks. They kept calling me back to increase the price. How does a new A/C unit NOT fit an older furnace? It looks like you taped the two together anyway!!! Now it's 2020 and the house is being sold. The home inspector states the downstairs furnace doesn't work. I am 2 hours away and working so I call Wade heating and air. They come and put 2 AAA batteries in the thermostat and it works. Anthony there at Wade charged me $24.36 FOR 2 AAA batteries!!!! I understand the $79 service call charge but who do you think you are charging me $24.36 for 2 AAA batteries. I looked back on the 2 furnaces and air conditioners that I purchased and was way overcharged for those also. I will never use wade heating and air again. I would recommend you take your business elsewhere and save your money!
