So I was looked on the web and found Maxwells website that clearly states they service my town and since I was shopping for a Central A/C unit thought I would give them a call. When I did I was told they will not service my house yet the website clearly states it they also service a town 15miles farther away. I was treated rudely they ask me to call back only to have the lady in the office to call me names and verbally attack me on the phone and hang up! All I wanted was to spend $15k on a central air unit but they would rather harass people on the phone! I do not recommend these people. If they treat people this bad over simply asking for a quote I hate to see how they treat customers that ask for service. read more

This is the 2nd year I have tried having this company come out to just check the system. I had an appointment scheduled between 8:30 and noon. At 12:30 I call very patiently and am told oh they had a big repair at a local business, they have one customer ahead of you when they leave that job. I say ok. Call back at 3:44 today and hear the gps shows them very close to you, still no call or show at 4:30. We have had this company since purchasing our home 12 years ago. They are fired, and I will have to find another company that will be reliable to use. read more

Great installation by courteous professionals, arrived on time and finished well ahead of schedule, sales professionals stopped by during install to make sure things were all going well, they cleaned up and were very careful of my belongings inside and shrubbery outside, received a follow up call the next day, top notch service all the way.
