This is a company that has managed to find employees that genuinely care about the job they are performing. Customer care is not just an additional duty, it is clearly the core value of this company. I was not hurried or made to feel like I was just another paying customer. After an extremely long international flight, I could not have asked for better treatment while being driven to my hotel. I had provided him the return flight information, flight number and airline for our return ride back from the airport to home March 22. I did not receive a confirmation text or email I texted the owner to remind him of our pick up and our flight number and airline. The flight got delayed three times due to the mess of the TSA shortages in this country/government shut down. Beyond my control. The owner was in Florida and seemed confused and was re-asking me all the questions that were texted to him. His comment was "I get a lot of texts" . Then he told me due to the second delay coming into DTW that he didn't have anybody available because they had to get up early in the morning for Monday morning rides. We were stranded at the airport at 3:30 in the morning. And had to make other arrangements. I had booked this weeks in advance of the trip and it felt like it was only convenient for them to take us to the airport but due to the late arrival, it was not convenient for them. They shouldn't name their company Van's express Airport 24 Hours seven days a week when it's actually whatever happens to be convenient for them ,regardless if you book weeks in advance a round-trip pick up. I will never use this service again. It was horrible and unreliable.
