Upon arrival to the car rental, I discovered that I didn't have my driver's license. I asked him to take me back home and he did. He saw how upset I was and he told me that he would wait for me to locate my license. He waited for me and drove me back. He did not charge me the extra wait....he treated it as if I didn't need to go back home. This is a new company, perhaps even a one-person company so making money is understandably a primary goal. However, what I experienced was different. The guy didn't take advantage of the situation and charge me extra. It says a lot about them. The only reason I'm not giving it a 5 stars is because the car smelled like it's a smoker's car and I had to roll my window down to get "fresh" air.
