With our large wedding party, plus 3 photographers and 2 videographers I was worried, but we just fit--and it worked out perfectly! The bus arrived at our hotel exactly on schedule, and it was incredibly easy to find. We were able to bring anything we needed--drinks, food, bags, and personal items--knowing the driver would stay with the bus while we had our ceremony and traveled around the city for photos. The lighting and music were fully adjustable, which made the ride such a fun and memorable part of the day. After our ceremony, we were surprised with a complimentary bottle of champagne (which was so good!) along with cups and napkins. I'm not sure how many of each type of bus they have (in total it looks like they have 14 different buses and they also have some limos too), but they said that their vehicles book up pretty quickly and pretty far out in advance. So we made sure we booked relatively soon after we spoke to the representative. Sure enough, about a week after the expo, we made our booking and there were only two buses left for our initial date. One was too small and one was just right. It was $200 up front towards a $950 price tag in total. Fairly reasonable because at the time, we were looking to go to multiple destinations to take photos. Con: That summer, we decided to move our wedding to the following year. Dream Limousine was very understanding with the circumstances and moved our booking to our new wedding date. As we got closer to our wedding date, we also had to move to a different venue. This part was somewhat of a challenge, because getting a hold of them and explaining the new schedule was difficult and we seemed to be communicating through sticky notes left by the secretary to the manager. He made a bit of a big deal about picking us at a different time, when it was only an hour difference from what we previously had. It also ended up being easier for the river because we simply wanted to get driven around, we didn't need to stop at destinations for photos anymore either. Pro: The bus was very comfortable and worth the money. Everyone had a comfortable seat and easy access to the beverage we brought. We had room for the coolers and could also use the built in coolers in between the rows. There are ample amounts of cup holders as well throughout all of the seats. No bathroom on our model that we rode one, but that was okay. The sound system was really great too for us to jam out on our brief adventure on the roads. We were very thankful to have Dream Limousine for wedding needs!

After the contract was in place, we were later informed the price would increase due to fuel costs, bringing the total to $3,700. Which was paid in full! The most concerning issue occurred today, the day before the event. We received a call stating that due to "maintenance issues," we would need to pay an additional $1,700 today or the service would be canceled entirely. This last-minute demand, made after the contract had been in place since March 19, left us with virtually no time to secure alternative transportation and placed us in a very difficult position. At that point, the terms no longer reflected what was originally agreed to, and we made the decision to cancel. We made multiple attempts to resolve this situation directly and in good faith, but were unable to reach a reasonable outcome. We strongly encourage anyone considering this company to ensure all pricing, terms, and contingencies are clearly defined and honored in writing before relying on their services.
