We had a great experience with Dream Limousines and would absolutely recommend them! Ryan was very prompt with communication when booking which was great. We booked the 12-person stretch limo, and I would say it comfortably fits about 10 adults rather than 12 (there's a small 2 person seat behind the rest of the seats, so you could sit there but you're a bit isolated) Thankfully, we had exactly 10, so it wasn't an issue for us, but definitely something to keep in mind when booking. From an experience standpoint, Devin was amazing! He arrived early, was extremely professional, and helped us pull off the perfect surprise for our friend. He got us to both of our reservations on time and made the entire night so easy and enjoyable. At the end of the ride when dropping us off to dinner, he drove our friend back to her car around the corner so she didn't have to walk alone, which was incredibly thoughtful and very appreciated. Overall, we had such a great experience and would absolutely recommend Dream Limousines, and especially Devin! read more

We used Dream Limousine for our wedding day transportation and had an amazing experience from start to finish. We chose the Coach 17 party bus, which seats up to 30 passengers. With our large wedding party, plus 3 photographers and 2 videographers I was worried, but we just fit--and it worked out perfectly! The bus arrived at our hotel exactly on schedule, and it was incredibly easy to find. We were able to bring anything we needed--drinks, food, bags, and personal items--knowing the driver would stay with the bus while we had our ceremony and traveled around the city for photos. The lighting and music were fully adjustable, which made the ride such a fun and memorable part of the day. After our ceremony, we were surprised with a complimentary bottle of champagne (which was so good!) along with cups and napkins. It was such a thoughtful touch and made the moment feel extra celebratory. Our driver was absolutely incredible--professional, friendly, patient, and so helpful with anything we needed. While we were celebrating on the bus, he was working closely with our photo and video team to find the best places to park around downtown Detroit. He communicated clearly and kindly the entire day. He genuinely cared about our experience--congratulating us when we met, after our ceremony, and getting off the bus for the last time. About a week before the wedding, we received a call confirming all details and logistics, which gave us so much peace of mind. On the day of, everything went exactly as discussed. When we finished our final drop-off, the driver assured us he would take care of any remaining trash so we could simply enjoy our night. His kindness and professionalism truly elevated the whole experience. From our first phone call with Dream Limousine, to the week-before confirmation, to our amazing driver on the wedding day, everything was exceptional. We absolutely recommend Dream Limousine to any bride, groom, or event needing reliable and friendly transportation! read more

Never pass up on your party bus opportunity for your wedding. It's your time to take a break after the ceremony and enjoy your time together and with your bridal party, with some beverages on the way! We ran into this company at the Novi Bridal Expo. I'm not sure how many of each type of bus they have (in total it looks like they have 14 different buses and they also have some limos too), but they said that their vehicles book up pretty quickly and pretty far out in advance. So we made sure we booked relatively soon after we spoke to the representative. Sure enough, about a week after the expo, we made our booking and there were only two buses left for our initial date. One was too small and one was just right. It was $200 up front towards a $950 price tag in total. Fairly reasonable because at the time, we were looking to go to multiple destinations to take photos. Con: That summer, we decided to move our wedding to the following year. Dream Limousine was very understanding with the circumstances and moved our booking to our new wedding date. As we got closer to our wedding date, we also had to move to a different venue. This part was somewhat of a challenge, because getting a hold of them and explaining the new schedule was difficult and we seemed to be communicating through sticky notes left by the secretary to the manager. He made a bit of a big deal about picking us at a different time, when it was only an hour difference from what we previously had. It also ended up being easier for the river because we simply wanted to get driven around, we didn't need to stop at destinations for photos anymore either. Pro: The bus was very comfortable and worth the money. Everyone had a comfortable seat and easy access to the beverage we brought. We had room for the coolers and could also use the built in coolers in between the rows. There are ample amounts of cup holders as well throughout all of the seats. No bathroom on our model that we rode one, but that was okay. The sound system was really great too for us to jam out on our brief adventure on the roads. We were very thankful to have Dream Limousine for wedding needs! read more

We booked a party shuttle for my wedding on May 8th. They were very timely and super nice. Our driver was pleasant and the party shuttle was comfy and very clean. It was the perfect upscale but more pandemic proof vehicle. Since you could distance better than in a limo. The price was more affordable than a limo. read more

I have rented a Party Bus from Dream Limousines 3 times in the past 9 years. I always had highly experienced drivers with our safety being the upmost importance. Every vehicle was very clean and comfortable with all of the amenities we requested. The drivers were very considerate when we had multiple stops to make and always delivered us to the final destination on time. I highly recommend this company!!! read more

My soon to be husband wanted to make sure his bride was driven around in style the day of our wedding. Let me tell you what- he delivered! So our driver Altin was so courteous and amazing from the first pick up to our drop off that night downtown smiling for the entire 11 hours he made himself available. (We think he was smiling anyway, he kept his mask on. ) The car arrived spotless, shined up and ready to turn heads... and boy did it!! Altin was consistently on top of where he needed to be next and when. (My ladies used him and then the guys so he was bouncing around a good bit.) He was absolutely great and the limo was a lot of fun. A light show, mirrored ceiling and piped tunes were enjoyed by adults and kids alike. We highly recommend Dream Limousine...And encourage you to ask for Altin! read more

The driver that we had was wonderful and extremely accommodating. The only item that I didn't like was at the end. I gave the driver what I thought was a generous tip for his service but to my lack of knowledge that wasn't the standard for limo drivers and he wanted more. To me, it's an overall society entitlement with tipping. Tipping is no longer an appreciated gift today but rather an expectation. I personally don't return or recommend places that do that. Please build it into your price if it's an expectation. read more

If only there was a way to leave 0 stars... I'm not exactly sure where to begin with this review. We called Dream Limousines to order a "stretched limo" several weeks ago and had a conversation with Matt. I hadn't been in a limo since prom (or reserved a limo ever) but when we requested a "stretched limo" we were expecting some sort of very long sedan or SUV like a traditional limousine. The evening we needed the limo - which was for my grandfather's 90th Birthday Party downtown at the London Chop House, a large white shuttle bus pulled up outside of his home. My dad walked over to the driver to verify that he wasn't here for a 90th birthday and surprise, he was our driver - and he brought their most glorious shuttle bus! "Look it's a Mercedes" the driver told us. Before my (very old) grandfather came outside, we tried to talk to the driver and have him request a normal limousine rather than a shuttle bus that required a 90 year old man to slowly clime up into the side of a van. It was brutal and the driver didn't offer any help - or provide any sort of assistance. I'm not even going to talk about the inside of the shuttle bus. Where things REALLY went off the rails was after we got to the restaurant and the driver followed our family inside to demand payment for the entire evening "or else I won't be driving you home" WHAT!? What professional driver leaves the vehicle to come to a private (family) party and ask for money immediately. It was so bizarre and unprofessional. I'm just glad it wasn't a wedding! At that point, we told the driver to leave and that we'd uber home or figure out alternate transportation. Dream Limousines should probably consider changing their name to nightmare shuttles. But don't take my word for it, sort the reviews by date rather than default. read more

We rented a party bus from dream limousine because it was the best priced one that we could find! The bus was so clean and everyone at the facility was so friendly. My husband went to pay in person and they gave him a tour of the bus we rented along with a couple others. Our driver, Mike, was fantastic. He even called the day of to make sure that we knew that Luna in Royal Oak closed (it was originally on our itinerary). I would definitely recommend them! read more

We booked a party bus for my sister's 30th Birthday Party and had a great experience with Dream Limousines! Matt was super friendly and helpful when I called to book it. Mike was our chauffeur and he was awesome! He called me the day of our event to introduce himself and make sure I had his number. He was a half hour early so we could go over the details and show me how everything worked. The bus was very nice and clean, stocked with ice and cups. Everything worked great. Mike was very nice and accommodating and also helped me keep track of how many people we had throughout the night. We had a blast that night and we were so happy we booked through Dream Limousines! Will absolutely use them again if needed and would highly recommend them! read more

It was the most reasonably priced in the area. I planned a 30th birthday party and went to their showroom to look at a 20 person bus before committing. I, along with all of my party, were seriously impressed by the service as well as the cleanliness and sheer awesomeness of the bus! If I am ever in the market to rent another, I won't even shop around. Some details: I was able to connect to Bluetooth to play my playlist nice and loud. We had the laser lights on the whole time but beware: it makes all pictures blue or green. It came stocked with ice and cups for us. It was SPOTLESS. Overall fantastic experience! read more

AWFUL! I called to request limousine service. The man who answered the phone was ABSOLUTELY rude...he was short and uninterested in providing information or anything resembled good customer service. Please...do not waste your money on this company. There are too many other good companies that are willing to civil and friendly for your special day. read more

I booked Dream Limousine on less than a weeks notice for my wedding a few weeks ago. They were able to accommodate with the Chrysler 300 no problem. I actually booked it for my wife and all the women involved on our wedding day to get them to and from the salon and to the venue. My wife, inlaws, and family all raved about the level of service Larry provided. Without prompt, Larry actually called me after the first drop off to confirm everything was going perfect. He offered to come pickup the groomsmen and myself to go get drinks...I asked him to simply take care of the women and I'll be happy ... from what I am told, he did exactly that. All of the ladies said he was the most attentive, hilarious, and absolutely awesome driver they could have gotten. Thanks to Larry, I looked like a dream husband to my wife's family. Would book again and have already recommended to friends. read more

Rented a 10 person Chrysler 300 for my wedding last week. Ken was our driver. The most caring man I have met that knew how to do his job but make it memorable and not seem like a job. He showed up on time, limo was spotless, waited on us patiently, helping us in and out of the limo and opening doors. We even added a stop to our route and he was more than happy to help out. The service was great and the prices are honestly the best around. I would definitely recommend dream limousines of Shelby township to anyone and to request Ken as your driver. Will definitely hire again! :) read more

We used Dream Limousine Service for a surprise birthday party this month and the service could not have been better. Our driver Mike arrived a half hour early and took care of everything for us (stocking the vehicle with ice, cups, and napkins, pre-planning our route, helping make sure our birthday girl and boy were surprised, recommending a last stop). I booked a party bus with Dream limousine for my wedding on 5/26! Keith was our driver and he went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, having a good time, and keeping on schedule so we could take as many pictures with the wedding party as possible. My daughter, daughter-in-law, and my two granddaughters went to dinner at Joe Muir's in Detroit and then to see Shen Yun at The Detroit opera House. We used Dream Limousines to drive us so we had no worries. The limousine was a white Chrysler 300, it was in excellent condition, up to date and extremely clean. It had all of the necessities for the trip, even a charger for our phones. Along with having a wonderful limo, Paul, our driver was also the perfect, pleasant and personable driver. Absolutely no complaints about our special night out. I would highly recommend Dream Limosine. read more

Hosted a huge Team Building event at work and booked two of their coach buses for 30 people in each. The bus that I was on happened to leak during our commute (it was raining) and it wasn't just a few drops. It was pouring all over my employee's and they were soaked. They had to continue on with our day with wet clothing. When I called this company to explain the situation, the man over the phone pretty much blamed us and stated that there wasn't a leak after further "research" and we would not be compensated. We throw a lot of corporate events and I had planned on using this company again; not happening! read more

I called them yesterday and a woman answered the phone, she was extremely kind and NOT PUSHY! Rented a limo for my BFF's wedding last weekend and it was a hit! Our driver Ken made the entire experience more than exceptional! He repeatedly went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met with the limo as well as anything else we needed! I would highly recommend hiring the limo again especially if Ken was the driver. CONS-$25 fee to pay via phone with a credit card and there was no info given prior to the limo showing up of who was driving or who to contact if there was any issues. read more

I booked a vehicle through Dream Limousines for a customer dinner the week before the dinner occurred. We ended up with more people than expected and had to increase the size of the vehicle 2 days before the dinner. Ken was the driver and he was very nice, flexible, and communicative throughout the evening. I recommend Dream Limousines and will continue to use them for any future transportation needs in the area. read more

I called Dream VIP Limousines to book for a upcoming wedding . I had the worst customer service rep. When i was asking about how many people certain types of vehicles held he was extremely rude . He told me "you know you can just look up all these questions on our website " I then informed him that my computer skills were not that up to par . He then put me on hold very abruptly . If this is how rudely they treat their potential clients over the phone i wonder how they would be on the day of the event??? Needless to say i will not be giving them any of my business . I would not recommend such poor customer service to anyone . read more

Dream Limousines was an excellent choice for our wedding. They were very affordable, and the day of the event the Chrysler 300 vehicle looked exactly as pictured inside and out. Our driver, Larry, was what made the experience so fantastic though! He went above and beyond every step of the way, from trying to help me find a cord I was missing for my phone to play music for the ceremony to offering to pick up my husband and his groomsmen even though it wasn't part of the original plan. I didn't even ask, it was 100% his idea and I was extremely impressed. He was personable, and even offered advice and made a few excellent suggestions when we were taking photos. He also made an impromptu stop on the way to the reception so we could take photos where we had first met. We highly recommend Dream Limousines and Larry! read more

I can't begin to give a high enough review for Dream Limousines. From the first contact via email, everyone I worked with was professional, knowledgeable and extremely friendly! Being able to board the buses at their showroom to really see what you will be getting the day of was so convenient, and their prices can't be beat. On a side note, our driver on my wedding day was Mike. HE WAS AMAZING. He truly went WAY above and beyond (ran thru the rain with his personal umbrella while we were taking pictures to help keep us and the photographer dry) to make sure things went as smoothly as possible. I have and will continue to recommend this company to anyone looking for transportation! read more

I've used Dream several times now for party buses for different occasions...most recently for a bachelorette party with 20+ women. It was a rainy evening but our driver Gio was so nice running back and forth with an umbrella escorting us to the door. He went above and beyond. I love to use Dream because the price is right and the rides are always newer and nicer than any other company's. We will be using their services again. read more

Was having a great time on the bus until it broke down and was stuck in the cold with no heat or music for a hour. Absolutely ruined our night. I was called an hour and a half before my party bus was supposed to be at my house and told that the bus I ordered was not working. They offered to either pick me up with the broken bus (no ac or electricity) or transfer me to another company with a shuttle bus...no discount was offered for either of these options so I told them "no"; they proceeded to pressure be telling me that I needed to make a decision in 20 min and if I called over companies I wouldn't find anything. Luckily, I ended up booking a shuttle last min from another company for a lower price. I wish I had gone with my gut when I booked because they were rude and added an additional mileage fee after quoting me without it before. Overall I will NEVER use this company again. Absolutely ruined my plans for the night. read more

My Experience With Dream Limousine: Good morning Matt, I was excited to call you to reserve prom transportation yesterday, only to be intercepted and rudely insulted by Ryan. I was told that I needed to change my date and time because it interfered with his weddings and their time slot. I did not feel like a valued customer at all. He made me feel as if I was an irritating problem. I explained that I had no control over the date or time of prom. I started to analyze the entire conversation to be sure I had not said anything that would have caused his negative communication towards me. They only thing I could find was that Ryan had discovered he was speaking with a woman of color. I remained very professional as I too work with the public. I recognized his perception of me through his tone and his choice of select words, I simply agreed with him and proceeded to end the call respectfully, but not before Ryan telling me that he could put me in a vehicle that I had no interest in for a price double the amount I was quoted on 10/18/19. Yes, I contacted you all way back in October only to receive this negative reply today. My issue is that he did not have to make excuses or insult my intelligence just to say he did not want to service me. I am perfectly ok with honesty, and even better with spending my money with those who value me as a person and not a color. read more
