They tried to do the 3d X-rays and I refused and asked that only the extracted tooth be X-rayed. The lady right next to X-ray machine threatened me that the dentist wouldn't see me without a full X-ray. The dentist and his assistant were wonderful and the procedure went great. Ridiculous pricing and people should know that when they are in such extreme pain that they will see you quickly but they will make a patient pay. I keep getting bills for work that was already payed for through Carecredit, the financial assistance they recommended and accepted. All my work was per-approved by my dental insurance. They are in network with my insurance so mostly everything is covered. Twice they have tried to make me pay like a copay in the system because of how something was fixed in the system but both times my issue was resolved with no problem. I live in Atlanta now but I still choose to come here sometimes when I'm in town. I just call and see if they have availability and they get me through the door. They are very informative and helpful. I also went through them to get my wisdom teeth removed before my braces got too far along. The process was smooth and my insurance didn't cover it all so they helped me do a payment plan. Also they are helping me transfer to the office in Atlanta near me with no problem. Lastly the staff is very nice and answer any questions you have.

This place wants nothing but your money!! I went in for my first visit in about 3 years. I knew it…read morewasn't going to be a great visit, but I thought at least I'd come out of there with a cleaning. They took my X-rays and did an exam, which was not great, but not horrendous. The dentist came in and told me I needed a deep cleaning and had 3 small cavities. We talked about what that would involve. I then went up front to get my "treatment plan" and the price was $3,600 ($2,800 after insurance)!! I've had a deep cleaning before and it didn't cost me a tenth of that. I talked to them about financing and they offered $149/mo at 36% interest and did not tell me how many months it would take to pay it off. Totally a rip off. I couldn't afford that so I called them back a few days later to see if I could get a basic cleaning because I'm getting new insurance but it wouldn't pay for a deep cleaning for 12 months. They refused saying they wouldn't do anything once a "treatment plan" was done. I won't be back to this clinic, ever. All they want is money and don't care about their patients.

This appears to be a practice that contracts with insurance to get you in the door and then preys upon the client with overly excessive pricing. Do yourself a favor. Get a second opinion!

As a techy guy I appreciated stuff like the 3d model of my mouth. It might be just my personality but I like being explained things and understanding things and I felt that the way they did it was, like as good as it could be done. They made me for the first time, not afraid of my teeth but I felt like I knew everything that was happening with my mouth. I was able to make decisions about what to do next on my own time and it helped to prepare myself for the actual work. On that point I had to have a long procedure with a lot of shots and scraping and I honestly could not have been more pleased. They to a topical numbing gel before the shots and then after the shots you are numb. The nurses and doctors seem like genuinely good people.
