He arrived at that time, only to be told he should have been there at 9:00 AM to complete paperwork--and that there was no longer enough time for his appointment. He rescheduled for Monday. Shortly after, the office called to change the rescheduled time, which was fine. But then they called again to say he had "rescheduled/canceled too many times" and that the dentist was refusing to see him at all. Just be aware--this is the kind of policy and attitude you're dealing with. If anything goes wrong with your timing, even on a first visit, you may find yourself dropped altogether. We've brought our children here multiple times in the past, but after this experience, we won't be returning. I've never encountered such inflexibility in a practice that serves the public. It just doesn't make sense. Thankfully, there are plenty of other dentists out there.
