We had to take a cab into downtown, but our appointments were perfectly scheduled and executed that there was no unnecessary sitting around. One of the girls who came with me did a full color and cut. She was in the chair at 9am, the next girl at 9:45am while the color set, and I sat down at 10:05am. The young ladies at the salon were amazing. Each of us were delighted with the results. The prices were very reasonable for the wonderful service we received. It was a wonderful experience. After his haircut, they asked if he would be returning, and he said that he may return in a few months. They then asked if he wanted to return a month from that day. He said he might be back sometime around then. (Really he just didn't like his haircut, and he had a hard time communicating that. That part is NOT the salon's fault.) Here is where things went wrong with the salon: They booked him for the appointment, which he DID NOT ASK FOR. Received 0 texts confirming this "appointment" in advance, and they charged us $34 to my card for a no show appointment HE DID NOT ASK FOR. Receiving this charge, we were obviously confused. I emailed directly with the owner to settle this. First they "don't have any record of this charge". Then they "do have it on record, and say it was for his haircut he went in for" Not true. He paid for this haircut in person the same day he got it. Then it's "Well he had an appointment, and he didn't show up. We can't issue you a full refund." Dealt with this for WEEKS now. Don't go here. Jesus fucking Christ.

Becca was the lady that cut and dyed my hair. I won't lie, I walked in looking a total mess with about 3 different colors in my hair, and she somehow got me back to the color I wanted to be. Shewas super nice and friendly, and she gave one of the best shampoos I've ever had, OMG! She took the time to show me how to style it myself at home, and even made a good recommendation on a product that I have fallen in love with (curl lock curl cream.) I will definitely be going back to her because they're very reasonably priced which works well with my tight budget, but I also get an excellent service! Can't beat that! Lol I can't say much for the other stylists. I watched one of the other girls doing a haircut while I was waiting on my hair color to process (a heavier set black lady... I think her name was Kya??) and I felt so bad for the girl who's hair she cut, because it looked TERRIBLE and really choppy. Even used a shampoo she thought might help me. The only problem I had was when I got home my fade was kind of uneven on the top. Looked like a stripe pattern. I should have gone back to get it fixed but it grew out in about a week. My stylist was Becca and I would recomend her
