The pedicure is to die for including lower leg massage and hot stones. Pricing is reasonable. She has all of the popular gel polish colors and also does finger nail custom painting. Used to come here for a quick waxing. Would get most of the hairs out, i noticed they would miss more hair and more hair each time I went. The nails turn out nice. The staff there were nice and gentle but I just got to the point where I learned how to do it myself because they began to make me feel rushed. This place was a 3 or 4 star salon until my last visit a week ago. The guy (whose name I don't know) sliced my big toe with a sharp tool and when I said " Ouch! Be careful!" And pulled my foot away he didn't even look up at me. I said whatever you did really hurt." And he just looked at me and shook his head and said I didn't hurt you. I personally stopped coming to this salon because my acrylics would only last me 2 weeks if I was lucky. However, my sister decided to give them one more chance and she was quite disappointed. To begin with, she showed the nail tech a picture of what she wanted and it included one nail with silver/holographic butterflies but instead he placed blue, red & gold butterflies. My sister told them that she didn't want the different colors so then the other tech comes and covers the butterflies with some purple butterfly stickers when she had asked for a redo. 3 days later, one of the acrylics started lifting and it fell off completely the day after. She called in to let them know what happened and asked if she could get them shorter. My sister went to the salon & paid $5 to get the nail fixed and get the others short as well. The nail tech had left them sharp so she asked them to file them and eventually my sister left the salon with uneven nails. UPDATE: Both my sisters had gone Friday 10/9 to get new acrylic sets. A week later, my other sister's nail falls off. read more

This place is really hit or miss and it's really unfortunate because it near my moms home. I used to come here all the time but a few bad experiences kept me away for a while. It's one of those nail salons where all the workers are clearly talking and laughing about you while they smile in your face..very unprofessional. The lady doing my moms feet today was very rough and didn't massage the lotion in at the end with the hot towels. It's part of the experience! And the guy doing my feet would hold my foot up by my big toe while squeezing the life out of it! I know for a fact there are good nail techs but I never get lucky enough for them to actually work on my nails. I have come here and my acylics turn out crooked. I have left with my nails looking like trash, other times they look fine. Something else I feel really important to add is that the dude that works there always laughs at my moms choice of color saying that it's a color for "younger women" such as myself and proceeds to laugh like it's funny that he just insulted my mom. read more

i go here all the time and I always aske for Hannah. She is the only one there that knows how to do a good job. Today I went and recommended it to my friend who went with me. She got her nails done by the one who sits right in the front and the lady didn't understand a word she was saying. Also she wanted black tips and they turned out blue, when she said something about it the lady just painted more black on top of the top coat. This made it so the paint was very tacky and it smeared a lot. Not to mention she didnt even make it look nice. When she complained to Hannah she said "oh well people make mistakes." read more

My left nails are shorter then the right ones and he made them super thick. The guy told me that the price is $25, not $20, which is okay with me but the kind of work he did, it s not even worth $10. If I could give zero stars for this place I would. Me and my friend went in there and I wanted a pedicure and my friend wanted a manicure. They said it would be 20 minutes. There were 3 women in the seats getting pedicures already. We waited 45 minutes. During this time 3 other customers had walked in. There were only 2 girls working, we went in on a Sunday around 330. I watched and they were trying to juggle 7 customers. One woman had been sitting there for 40 minutes while the two workers were half watching tv half finishing the pedicures. They were only giving their customers half of their attention, the show was really good, but when I get pedicures I want their full attention so they do a good job. They kept accepting new customers trying to juggle everybody but it very clearly wasn't working. My friend got her manicure and she got the gel on her nails, not acrylic just gel nail polish. This woman spent 5 minutes on her nails! No hand massage or anything. She didn't make sure she did a good job. In fact after she was done my friend was furious, she asked the lady to redo two of her nails, annoyed, the woman who worked there did. Then she went right on to helping the next customer. My friend had been to nice nails before and gotten a hand massage when getting this type of service, and we've both been to other nail places where you get a hand massage when you get a manicure. My friend didn't get one. The total cost of the manicure was 20 dollars! I was so mad and asked the lady doesn't a hand massage come with a manicure? She said "no not for gel." but the other woman who worked there did/does give hand massages. These people were just trying to get customers in and out. 8 minute service for 20 dollars! Wow these women are making a good amount of money for not very much work. As for the other three women sitting in the pedicure chairs when we walked in, they were still in the pedicure chairs when we left and they still weren't done...over an hour long pedicure, and it's not like these women were working on their feet for over an hour. They would do a little bit here, then go to the next customer, do a little bit there, then go to another customer. I didn't have time to do an hour and a half pedicure so in the end I said no I'm going somewhere else. This place is so unprofessional, they very clearly didn't have time for more customers, and instead of turning them away so that they could focus and do a good job on the customers they had right in front of them, they kept taking new customers anyways and doing half a** jobs on the customers they DID have. I will never go here again, I don't recommend anyone going here either! Oh and by the way, the photo they show, Nice Nails is NOT that clean! Looks like they deep cleaned it right before the photo, don't let the photo fool you! read more

I saw all these great reviews then came here and this place is dumpy as hell! It has an over powering smell of perfume, the building itself is run down and smell like garbage. Parking sucks. The lady who did my pedicure didn't speak a lick of English and when she was jamming her finger nail into my toe I would ask her to stop and she told me "I need to" The color started chipping after 1 week, oh the worst part about all of this was when I was almost done a new customer walked in, sat next to me, the lady that did my pedicure took the tools she used on me and walked over to the sink, ran the hot water over the tools for maybe 5 seconds, air dried them and put them on the tray for the next customer. NASTY. Just nasty. Not only is this place disgusting and unsanitary, but my clumsy ass could have given myself a better pedicure fo free. read more

I've been getting services from Hannah and she's awesome but Cuong (gentleman) did my pedi today and he has strong hands! It's ideal for a quick leg/ foot massage! He also did a good Job cleaning my nails!! They massage with hot Stones as well. I. Recommend this for the Sunnyvale area for mani and pedi. I mostly come here for the good leg massage! This nail salon I have been coming to for longer than I can count. I have a number of friends and family I have recommended to come here because of their friendly service and great prices. Hannah has been thee only person who I let wax my eyebrows she is THE BEST in town. I have given her 3 loyal eyebrow wax clients. They take their time on pedicures which has always been hard to find. They always fix mistakes or broken nails to be with no issue or charge because I have been so loyal. Make sure to call ahead because there can be a wait time. I had been getting my nails done here for about 5 years or more, even reccomended my family which are or were regular customersl! Basically went for my usual, full set of gel nails &my pedi in April (a week before my bday) wanted to "pamper " myself! Man was I in for a rude awakening! So this new lady (never seen her before) started on my toes, She rushed through the whole thing, hurt my left toe so bad it bleed like crazy, she put some kind of alcohol cotton in the side of my toe (literally in my toe) and lord it stung like hell, My toe got swollen and it was throbbing the whole time =/ While I was enduring all this pain on my toe, Hannah (the owner) was doing my hand set, she was also rushing&at the end the nails were not how I wanted them!! It was a horrible experience and to make matters worse the toe that was hurt got infected and I had to be on antibiotics for 10 days(mind u i dont have health insurance) I had terrible bday wkend because I couldn't even walk right ="( Oh and it gets better, Since the new lady did a terrible job on my toes I now get ingrown toenails (something I had never experienced in my life until the incident) so its almost 3 months since that happen and guess what the same injured toe gets infected again (worse than the first.time) I was put on antibotics agai nand I am just so livid! I wasn't going to do anything about it but I can not let anyone go through this so I am researching on who I can talk to about reporting them. I know for a fact that they didn't and DON'T disinifect their tools accordingly. How do you explain my toe getting bacteria and getting so infected?Uhhh hello because she injured my toe bacteria was able to go in ughh I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS PLACE AT ALLLLL!! IF U ARE READING THIS DO NOT GO THERE, If you know anyone that goes there tell them not to anymore! This is no joke! When I initially called Hannah to let her know that my toe had gotten infected because her employee hurt my toe, all she did was apologize (nice of her) and said NEXT time I went in she would give me a discount (ARE U KIDDING ME????) oh and she also said "you take those antibotic pill" WOW! Ever since then I havent stepped one foot in that place. Its not a great looking location but the service and quality before was MUCH better and now its a piece of shit (i even saw a big roach in their once ewwwl) Hope this totally turns u off because I know if I was the one reading this it sure will. If anyone know who I can contact about the incident that would be great, I have pictures and reciepts for the antibotics and doctors visit to prove it!!! read more

I first went to this place because they do eyebrow threading and it's close to my home. while the eyebrow threading was a little more painful then i anticipated (it was my first time) I still perfer it over waxing. I also have gotten numerous pedicures here and i love it. They always use the hot stones at no extra charge. I love the foot massages that accompany the pedi. I never feel like they are rushing through my services even when it's busy. And the prices are super good. They only charge me $29 for my pedi and eyebrows. =) read more
