Let me just preface my comments by saying that the people working here are very nice. What I don't like is when you call to ask if they can take you, you say you are on your way, 10 minutes or less, you get arrive, and they have just started with other people. They get you quickly into a chair, you put your feet in the water and sit there for 20-30 minutes until the water is cold, so you don't walk out the door. I don't like that tactic. I appreciate it... It's very clever but I don't like it. The pedicure was satisfactory but the foot and leg massage was seriously lacking in time and quality. I won't be back read more

Started off by taking my mom to get her nails done here . I dropped her off only to have her call me to go get her 15 minutes later. She said they were so rude to her. Combing her up and down and talking among themselves. She wanted a design and they just said "yea yea we do fo u!" And rolled up their eyes. She felt so uncomfortable and said I'll just come back.. and they just said "ok... sorry"and giggled. Worst experience don't recommend no one coming here. I live walking distance from a couple of nail salons but will get on a short car ride here because Kim does the best French manis!! You can call them beforehand to ask if they are busy and they will actually give you an accurate wait time. I had gel mani and pedi done and i only spent about 80 minutes from check in to cash out. I almost didn't write this review because it's not as busy so i dont want it to get too crowded the only con is that the floors aren't that clean and you will have to walk barefoot from the spa chair to the manicure tables. read more

:) I went in today for mani-pedis with my sister and my mother. We had a FABULOUS time!! The customer service was amazing and the atmosphere was really relaxing and welcoming. They even changed the show on the TV to Cinderella for my little sister. Very professional, calling her 'Miss', which she loved! The warm foot bath was great and my mom even said that the massage chair was the best she had ever sat in. The conversation was easy, not too prying and not cold at all. We are all happy with our nails, my sister loves her flower design and I adore my bows/leopard print. The price is right here and the service is EXCELLENT. 10/10, would recommend. read more

This place sucks! Forget about coming in on Saturday although they take walk ins. You sit in the water for, no joke, 30 minutes. Then they get to you n jus do their thing like in a "whatever" manner. They really lack in the "non gel" colors so jus bring your own if you have like 3hrs of time to waste. read more

Five stars absolutely! I am a fan of quality and will pay for it. I have not had my nails done in years because I have had so many bad experiences but I am very pleased that I had such a great experience here. I called ahead of time to schedule an appointment with Michael and even though I was late he was ready for me when I came in. We decided to have some fun and I got a full acrylic set done in the coffin Style( I believe that's what it's called) with tiger eye gel color number 6. At first I wanted a more neutral tone but something was wrong with the white gel polish so Michael brought it to the attention of the owner and he took it off of my nails immediately and showed me all of the other options which led me to try out the tiger's eye. I'm in love with it! I'm super stoked it was a great experience Michael is awesome! It was approximately $53 and I left him a $10 tip. This is my new nail spot! I plan on trying all of the colors that are available! Awesomeness!!! Hands down five stars! The whole entire place was very nice, very clean and it was a very peaceful environment. read more

I've been going here for awhile now. I use to go to Michael who I loved because he did my nails exactly how I wanted weather it was plain or a design but unfortunately he no longer works there. They are starting to get sloppy with there work. The nails do look nice but I can honestly say it's not there best. I do recommend to try and go when it is not busy so they don't rush your nails. I like how Yiemy (shop owner) does the shape of the nails but I love how Nancy (a worker there) paints the nails she really takes her time. read more

Thought I'd treat my husband to a pedicure and try this place. Was very disappointed. Very poor customer interactions. Rushed the service, many interruptions and when told I was finished I noticed a callus that was not touched. Brought it to the attention of the management and the worker said "Don't want to bother it, might bleed", well this callus is very thick, he had it a long time. Went home used a callus file and removed most of it with no issues. A waste of 80.00 to get feet soaked and nails cut. Will not return. If I could give 0 stars I would. read more

I'm sad because I really liked this place. I've gone in about 6 times since opening. As I was leaving this last time, I saw the nail tech slid her box to another customer and start a pedicure using the same tools she used on me. She didn't roll them up and set them aside, she literally left the dirty towel with the tools on the flipped over lid and began picking through what she already used.
