Came to get my nails done for a wedding, I noticed they do not sterilize their instruments, instruments are thrown back into the basket to get re-used and notice no sterilizing solutions around there working stations. So I trusted them., well after a week I noticed a black ring around my nail bend, it was tiny 3 weeks later my nail has a big hole with black and finger swelling and sure enough had puss around the skin of the nail. OMG, I will never return. read more

Probably the worst pedicure Ive had. I went in and yes it was busy and we all know that's when they usually rush you. However that doesn't excuse the fact that the sides of my toes are cut to hell and more than likely going to get an infection. My toenails aren't even cut even! Not to mention that I paid extra for the calluses scrub and he spent all of two minutes "scrubbing ". My pedicure water had stuff floating in it before I put my feet in and my gel polish is already peeling off the very same night I got them done. Worst service ever, one lady started then when new people came in she just up and left me didn't say anything then the older guy came and sat down not saying anything and just started doing my toenails, I looked the French tip and told him it way too thin, the lady next to him must have interpreted because then he grabbed my foot and started making it thicker, I let that how but when again he grabbed my foot roughly and dug his thumb into the side of my ankle I told him it was unnecessary to grab my feet so aggressively just because I didn't like the design. He did stop being so rough but truthfully he never should have been in the first place I am attaching a photo showing it does not look anything like a fresh pedicure and a pic of him so you see that was indeed where I was this afternoon When I told the lady in the from then showed her the picture I took she just laughed and turned the screen for me to pay. I am very disappointed in their behavior and service. Definitely do not recommend going to this business. I go there for pedicures mostly but once in a while I'll get a manicure and I always get gel polish. Two weeks ago I got a manicure with gel color and a few days later the polish was coming off on one nail and so I went back and told them about it and decided to do a different color and I asked if they do "dipping" polish so they said they do so I had that done, five days later it started to come off again. So I like the convenience of the place being close to where I live and everyone is very nice but their products are definitely not good so because of that I don't plan to go back there. Gel polish or dipping should last longer. read more

My first experience was great and that's why I returned. The second experience will be my last. The service is good but the quality of the work is bad. I asked for purple nails with a glitter design, however got the opposite. I'm not sure where the confusion was there as I showed various pictures. Second, the majority of my nails lack polish. It felt rushed towards the end and I had to ask for my nails to be retouched here and there. I find the quality for the price paid and experience was not good. The technicians should be able to see where the polish is lacking. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this spot. read more

The customer service here was unsatisfactory. I decided to go have a relaxing day and treat myself to go get a pedicure, well also having a girls day. I went with my niece and my mother. The employees were SO RUDE to me the whole time I was there. They kept giving me attitude and rolling their eyes, and they weren't even trying to hide it. Not to mention when I was getting my pedicure the water was boiling hot. I'm talking about boiling hot like if you were cooking something on the stove. When the lady was also cutting my toenails she ended up cutting my big toe SO SHORT! When I literally told her not too go short on my toes, just a trim. I also asked the lady in a respectful way if she could paint one of my toes a little more because I noticed she missed a spot and what did she do? She unbelievably did the wrong thing to customer service. She rolled her eyes and just went over it with gel and didn't even bother to listen to me! The appearance of my toenails were all right, but I do not appreciate the attitude they have towards their customers and I believe that is unacceptable. My niece on the other hand went there to go just get a simple freshly manicure it was literally so simple. I think a 5 year old could do it and what did they do? they messed up so badly and went over her nails all sloppy, did her French tip uneven and made her poor little nails crooked! my niece was so excited to go get her nails done and they just ruined her day! also, like I said again, it was me, my mother and my niece, and on their price list since it was just the three of us, it said if you pay altogether for three people you get a gift card and what did they do they tried being stingy and not giving me a gift card but after a long time of me, correcting them based off of their service and their false advertising, they decided to finally give me the gift card! they also tried charging my seven year-old niece and telling her that her manicure was going to be $40 for a kid set so I told them that was unacceptable and that it literally said on their price list that a kids set is $25. But they didn't just try overpricing my niece it was also me and my mother. overall, I was very unsatisfied with this customer service and I will definitely not be going back here. Never in 1 million years will I ever come back to this place and I recommend you all don't either! read more

They are great, their work stays on for DAYSSSSS. My last set stayed on for more the a month and 2 weeks without out no lifting But however you would have to make an appointment just to get them done without waiting. I was a walk in and I almost had to wait 2-3 hours before getting a nail tech so I do recommend booking an appointment ‼. Very beautiful place and calm sweet people and over all great. Update: the second time I came here for my fill the lady on chair 2 was kind of rude when I asked her to file my nails at the end because she left them slightly uneven. I felt like I asked nicely and since I'm a paying customer I think it's reasonable to ask that my nails come out as even as possible. So that soured my experience and I have not been back since. Under new management and newly remodeled. Staff are very courteous, polite, and friendly. Prices are fair. They greet you upon entering and thank you upon leaving. I had an amazing pedicure done. I had a fill done to my nails and they look stunning. They are gentle while the fill, the way the acrylic is applied isn't thick and bulky, it truly looks natural. My fingers get a little stiff at times but they didn't get upset or frustrated. They go the extra effort to do a design that you show them you want. Update: I got a full refund after trey argued about my nails being lifted and popped off in less than 2 weeks, I paid $50 to have glue and acrylic all over my cuticles( reason for lifting) I guess to him it's normal but we all know nails last 3 weeks or so, he tried to tell me I was wrong and unreasonable when I am a licensed Cosmo and seen everything done wrong, to the prep, to the used and beat up files and buffers, it's sad that they charge top dollar for shitty customer service and also to provide used dirty files and buffers SMH read more

I have been coming to this spa for many years. While the upgrades have been nice and pleasant, I have had enough of the service. The good artists have left this sweet spa and replaced with a dozen impersonal replacements. I've been aggressively stabbed during multiple pedicures, my sister in law had her natural nail ripped off, and I somehow continue to get wax technicians who pull off the wax strip, ask if it hurts, than laugh. On my most recent visit, I was wearing Lululemon and the technician was taking large scoops of wax at a time. She got dropped it across my shirt and left a prominent stain. All I got was an oops. The cost to replace the shirt is more than twice the wax service. read more

Normally when I come here I love my nails I get a really cute designs and everything's great. However today I went in and the guy that did my nails, was not listening to what I wanted it was not helpful at all when something didn't work. When he was filing the side of my nails he nicked me eight different times on eight different nails to the point I was BLEEDING from each ONE. And after he already saw my nails bleeding he didn't say anything and when he went back to re-file on the sides after the fill he would push down where I was bleeding to file deeper. I came here to get a fill and the gentleman seem mad because i didn't want to get gel polish I previously had gel and I'm one to change colors on my nail and I wanted regular polish he file the crap out of my nails. Very sloppy work. The owner in chair #2 cut me and made my nail bleed, then told me to be quiet. Also he was about to put a tip on my bleeding nail without cleaning it. Paid for a volcano pedicure, received a basic. The act as if they don't want to touch your feet. The guy was super rude, kept getting up to run water for pedicures, then return to me snatching my fingers and burning me with the drill because I asked him to wipe the blood off my nail or let me wash my hands . The design I asked for was not the one I received. For $125 I expect more. So I returned the next day so they can fix the design( cheetah print, nothing major) I had to wait 2 hours. The whole salon had shunned me, acting like I was invisible. I had to use the restroom, I asked one of the old ladies who just did my pedicure the day before if they had toilet paper. Guess what happened next... she suddenly didn't speak English. The loud heavy one , that married into the family drinks on the job all day, every time I came in.
