And after the night was done, we were glad we got R&P Towing. Jaoquin asked some questions and decided to go beyond his primary job. By this time, everything was closed. Jaoquin suggested it's more than the battery after testing it. He got my family and i a place to stay. Jaoquin even asked his wife to pick up the rest of my families whom were waiting at another auto shop to the hotel i was at. He recommended a body shop near the hotel and offered to tow my car there at a discounted price. Idk if other drivers would do what R&P Towing did for us that night. But my family appreciate their help and generosity. Thank you Jaoquin and his wife (Laurie?.. sorry if i misspelled)

God forbid you need a towing service while in Bakersfield call these guys. My daughter's car had a power steering failure and needed to be towed. In 31 minutes German was there meeting my wife and had the car on the truck in 10 mins on a busy street. I met him at the auto shop after hours and German stayed there helping to ensure we had placed the car in the best position for the shop to deal with in the morning. German was as authentic and professional as they come and I genuinely appreciate the follow through. Having car issues can be stressful enough so folks like German make the situation palatable. I highly recommend these guys and hope they have a few more like German on their staff.
