This has been one of the best places we have eaten at (twice), on vacation. We had the burger and chicken salad, both super delicious and at a great price. We came back for breakfast and had the burrito and the best French toast I have ever eaten. I would highly recommend this place and look forward to eating here again when we come back to Eureka Springs. read more

If you're in Eureka Springs you have got to give them a try, it's excellent. The Nibbles burger is actually a thin sliced prime rib sandwich on a toasted bun and is to die for. However everything I saw served looked wonderful. read more

Liked it...small dining area so I felt a little crowded but the food was good. I had the special: smoked salmon benedict with strawberry salad. The poached eggs were perfect with a generous portion of salmon. Love the cappuccino here and the waiter (only one) was friendly and very attentive. read more

After many miles walking and oh so many art galleries, it's time to refuel. One of our art friends recommended Nibbles so we did. Nothing short of excellent on every level at this establishment. The seating is extremely New York, but that's fine you can actually get a visual of the menu straight away. And the comments are unsolicited because everyone is enjoying the fare. Since it was a bit cool out, my wife decided on the potato soup. Lots of work has gone into this dish, so don't underestimate it's simplicity. Hearty and substantial and let's not forget delicious. And after a large meal the night before and chefs salad for me. Well that's really not a fact, it was so big it fed both of us. A salad normally would have just a few ingredients, but this one was Squadron size. And the raspberry dressing was tremendous. And I'm not a salad guy. So while trekking the hills in Eureka Springs and get hungry, this is a stop to wait for. Service is great and I did get a peek of a carrot cake. The piece is big enough to share with four hungry people. Good on you guys! read more

Talk about a local gem. We got lucky (thankfully, it was a weekday) and were seated for lunch immediately. The staff was so kind, the service was prompt, and the food was fantastic. I opted for the special - salmon quiche - and would absolutely order it again; my husband got the Greek salad, and it was just as delicious. The lemon curd cake was heavenly. We would absolutely recommend Nibbles to anyone who wants fresh, delicious food and fantastic service for a great price. read more

I ordered the Western and was thinking it was an omelet. Well, before it was served I mentioned to my server and was told, that it was a sandwich. But guess what, it was served as a omelet accompanied by a salad with fresh strawberries and was it good!! They kept the delicious coffee flowing. My friend had the Chef's Omelet and I believe it will my next selection when we go back..and we will!! read more

Brunch was a long time coming. My wife and I ordered a Greek Salad and a Panini, and it was a good 30 minutes or so from ordering to getting our food. The restaurant is rather small, only 6 or 7 tables. Why so long to make a salad and a sandwich? My wife asked specifically if she could have the dressing on the side. Oddly, the server said that this was not possible. Wait, what? Well okay. Of course, when she gets the salad, it's absolutely soggy with dressing (it's seriously pooling on the bottom). The taste of red onion overwhelmed most of the dish, though the biggest question mark came in the form of the vastly over-sized chunks of feta cheese. These were easily the size of large grapes each. I can't imagine the cost associated with making this salad. It probably contributes to the higher than I expected prices on the menu. I had the classic panini. The bread was nice, had a great texture, and was delicious. The roasted peppers were great too. The show stopper here? The meat in the middle was cold. I'm not talking about 'sitting on the counter' too long cold, I'm talking about 'just pulled from a 40-degree-refrigerator' cold. I tend to favor opposition in my food, but this was just a little outrageous. I really wanted to complain and send it back, but in the end, my stomach won out, and I ate the thing. I was pretty hungry. Overall, the place has a nice proof of concept, but the execution in the kitchen is just downright poor. Not honoring a request to put dressing on the side is just not good form (by the way, the reason was, "It's a Greek Salad, so it's tossed in" -- a little pretentious, don't you think?). There are many better restaurants in town. Skip this one until they can learn to listen to their guests, build a balanced salad, and serve a grilled sandwich that's actually hot. read more

This restaurant is probably my favorite place I have been to outside of my own home. The food was simply incredible and the service was equally as wowing. - The place is a little nook, so very cozy. Not much availability for seating so you may have to wait a little. But the staff is quick and will take care of you as soon as a table opens up. - we had the chicken bacon melt panini, the tea with mint leaves, and the nibblers burger. We also tried the spinach and artichoke appetizer and the beef and baby soup. - the soup was good, was hearty and had a deep beef flavor - the chicken bacon melt panini was simply divine. It was hot, crunchy and made my mouth water - the burger, which my husband actually had prime rib rather than hamburger meat and tasted great -our favorite was actually the spinach artichoke dip that tasted incredible. They serve the dip hot with toasted bread and the rich flavor is why this restaurant blew our minds The servers were friendly and spoke to us about our anniversary and their own anniversary, very kind and accommodating and the cook was great and also helped around. The server and the cook were a sweet married cook and we enjoyed the dynamic they brought in addition to their prompt, efficient and friendly service It was very very affordable and the best restaurant experience we have ever had on a trip. Discovered this place today and took my mother-in-law. It was wonderful! A small place with a nice-sized menu. MIL had prime rib quesadilla and I had the Hummingbird salad. Both were very, very good. And our waiter was outstanding! Very friendly and attentive without being overbearing. We would highly recommend this place and will go back soon! read more

The six of us and a baby crowded into the Eatery just before closing time on a busy Saturday. We were treated warmly and fed an excellent meal. Then we debated which dish was best, and the soup won, but it was a hot debate because everything was excellent. When we left we felt like we were friends with the staff. There aren't too many breakfast places in the downtown area but we found Nibbles and had a great breakfast on our first morning in Eureka Springs. Phenomenal jalepeno bread served with breakfast. Small, intimate and interesting space with very friendly staff. Seemed also to be more of a locals hangout, which we love. Definitely put on your list! read more

A real find! Delicious, fresh, healthy food. I had the stir fry and absolutely loved it. The vegetables were crisp and the ginger sauce was light and delicate. We started with iced tea with fresh mint (yum) and ordered broccoli cheddar quiche/house salad, chicken/tomato panini, prime rib burger, zucchini & potato soup and Caesar salad. I just had the best cup of lentil soup I've ever had today at Nibbles. We actually just stopped in for iced tea and lemonade. I caved and had to have a cup of soup although we'd already had lunch. In town for the weekend, stopped by for breakfast. The place is small, I think there were 7 tables total, but it was cute and clean and the guys working there were nice. Overall the food was good, I got the french toast, and while it was tasty my biggest complaint would be that they don't serve real maple syrup. The french toast is the only "sweet" item on the menu outside of a muffin or scone so I can't see it being a huge expense for them to offer it especially when it makes a world of difference taste wise. Maybe that's just me. Also, due to the size of the place/limited staff who pull double duty making coffee drinks and smoothies attention to customers seemed to suffer a bit (never got a ticket, had to go to the counter to pay and didn't get drink refills or water). read more
