I've always been told I have beautiful teeth and I come here and I'm told I need fillings in almost all of my molars but they didn't tell me specifics even though I asked twice. We were asked to pay $49 and we've never had to pay because insurance covers it but they insisted and as it turns out it's a future credit again wtf. Money grab. It was our first visit and our last.

From the initial consultation, through to the bookings of the surgeries (both hands done at different times), it was smooth sailing. He explained the procedure and the risks fully. On surgery date, from reception who did intake, to the anaesthesiologist who administered the local, then Dr. Huq who did the surgery (slightly more than 2 minutes), to the resident who was there learning then sutured the incision, to the associate who bandaged my hand, I could not have had a more positive experience. I was expecting pain the first night, but relative to the pain of living with carpal tunnel that interferes with sleep, for the first time in years I slept soundly. Dr Huq followed up a few days post op to ensure that things were going well. I could not have asked for better care or a better result. Kudos.

Well i was recoverying at home and went to the doctors and was told i had cancer, so i had to have surgery, got home and called the office again to tell them what was going on and i explained what was going on and ask them if i could please have the same Dentist because i really liked him, i was told no problem because the Doctor did make me new teeth and i told them i needed an adjustment. Then another tradigety, my Granddaughter passed away, so i called again explained again what was going on even though i was still not healed from all this, but i wanted to see my Doctor, again they said no problem we understand why you are not coming in, and i told them i will be in as soon as all this was taken care of and again they said no problem. So i called for an appointment in June and the girl told me it has been to long and the dentist will not see you, i told her i have been calling in and was told it was ok, and she said no and hung up. How can they get away with this, it is very unfair being i was told they understood my situation. I know it is not the Doctors fault, but the front desk just hung up on me. I am 77 years old and never had such a bad experience. All i wanted was an adjustment as i can not wear them this way.
