When the scariest thing about going to the dentist is the risk of not finding a parking space, you…read moreknow you are in good hands. Now I will admit, when I scheduled my first appointment a month ago, the Boulevard traffic and tight parking lot were not my biggest fears. I was more concerned about how I hadn't gone to the dentist in longer than I care to admit (insurance issues, nobody taking new patients during Covid and then finally my own fear) and how I was going to get ridiculed by everyone for the horrendous mistakes I had made. Let me reassure you, this is not the case. Anxious me was thrilled to learn that you can request an appointment online without having to call. They will call to check base with you before your original appointment, and they do like to confirm appointments, which I was able to do without calling during office hours. I work a day shift job and was relieved to find their scheduling accommodates the working man. I went in on a Tuesday morning, ready to cry. I checked in at the desk with little hassle. The paperwork (or in this case tablet work) is straightforward, and despite my fuzzy memory of my records, I was cleared for the insurance check and escorted into the back. The first stop was x-rays. I'll admit, it is not the most comfortable thing, little tools stabbing into gums, though they do their best to make it quick and make sure you are okay. At one point my eye balls started to leak and I was given a tissue. Two x-ray rooms later I was moved into a third room to get prodded at some more. Many numbers were rattled, and while it was explained to me that they weren't the best scores, at no point did I feel talked down to, nor ridiculed. I had to pay half as deposit before scheduling my next visits. I find their pricing to be reasonable, and they even discussed how their is assistance in billing for those that need it. The rest was due at my third appointment, paid by card before they complete the work. I returned a week later to have the first half of a deep cleaning done. My gums are not the best, and they started with the left side. I opted out of the numbing for this visit, and the pain was tolerable. The insertion of the medicine hurts the worst. For my return visit I did go for the numbing, as the right side is a bit worse, and it does take the edge off for those who can not tolerate it. Huge appreciation to Phan who has both excellent personality and technique, assuring my comfort throughout the duration of my third visit. She answered all of my questions, offered up some toothpaste and mouthwash and seems genuinely happy to help people get better smiles. Sure, it isn't the stickers and pencils I got at my childhood dentist, but she paid attention to my aversion to mint (they make fruity toothpaste!) and took care to get every last flaw she could to leave me with results to be proud of. I also had to get treated for teensy weensy cavities, a preventative measure before things escalate. Again, the staff had great bedside -chairside?- manner and expressed repeated concern for my comfort. I came in a few weeks ago worried, with the only shred of hope being a decorative sign reading "you got this" and have left confident knowing I am on the right path to better dental hygiene.

I said I'll need to change my appointment if you won't prescribe pain meds. Again, she said yes. After the teeth came out and I left the office, heading to my pharmacy, she said no. The other dentist (Dr Jeremy) that can prescribe the pain meds apparently doesn't trust her--another dentist in the same office--and also won't prescribe them. So the assurances of the dentist who pulled all these teeth, causing all this pain, mean nothing at all. I'll never step foot in an Aspen again.

Can I make this SIX STARS???…read more My visit was due to an emergency ... A bridge detached (Thankfully unbroken.) and I needed my mouth made whole. Bring fairly new to the area I didn't have a dentist so I reached out to area friends and YELP. Amongst the recommendations was this one, Hannon & Piazza. These guys were great on the phone and able to squeeze me in this morning. They told me exactly what they would be doing (x-rays, cleaning, and putting the bridge back) and the approximate cost. They even provided suggestions related to parking. I came into a pristine office and again sensed "positive vibes" amongst the staff. While years of tartar and plaque were being chipped away (It had been years since my last dental visit.) I knew that I had finally found a dentist to call my own! The dental tech (I don't know what they are called.), Laura, was friendly and informative. She was gentle so no one heard me screaming as she cleared away years of missed dental appointments. When she asked about a six month cleaning I said yes, BOOK ME! I have found my dentist!! The dentist came in, explained my options and said he is not aggressive. He was great too ... He put my bridge back in but the disappearance of my one anchor tooth means that I will be back choosing the best fix. As I prepared to leave they explained my future treatment cost options. And, then the bill was LESS than first discussed & they did not charge me for cementing in the bridge. Plus I was given a new tooth brush (I needed one! :-))! So if you live in WNY & are searching for a dentist I have found a great one! I don't care if I have to drive 8 hours to get here, these guys are worth the drive!

Let me start out by…read moresaying that I take phenomenal care of my teeth & oral hygiene. 2-3 years ago I had a dental implant done by Dr. Sindoni. The entire experience was a nightmare!! The first one was "a failure". Ok fine, it had to come out & a new one put in. It literally took months for everything to heal in between visits & what not. I was due for a follow-up in October of 2020, in the heat of Covid. Allegedly I missed this appointment. In December of 2020 I, along with my family, contracted Covid. I was hospitalized & on oxygen. Christmas Eve, 2020, my mother passed from Covid. My father was hospitalized for 3 months, then released in my care due to dementia. Allegedly I missed another appointment in January of 2021 while I was healing & grieving the death of my mother. Fast forward to today, the implant is giving me issues. It's tender, sore & I was told by my dentist that there's some bone loss. I call Dr. Sindoni's office to get back in there to see what's going on & I'm informed by STEPHANIE, that I'm a "non-compliant" patient for allegedly no-showing at my previous appointments. I explained to her what happened & where my life, head & heart were at the time & she didn't care! All she kept saying was that I was non-compliant. She's rude, bitchy & knows there will be zero repercussion as the doctor is her husband. There is no more $$$ to be made on me. They already robbed me and now won't follow through on THEIR workmanship. STEPHANIE informed me that this was an "investment" and it was up to me to "protect my investment"=we're not taking responsibility for any issues in the future. Tread carefully! Dr. Sindoni is a good oral surgeon, but everything goes through STEPHANIE

I wanted…read moremy two year old to experience the dentist for the first time, but for that to happen, I had to bring my mom to watch her while I finished up my appointment. But as I also have a 6 week old baby and no one else to watch her, she had to come too... My appointment started out with my 2 year old sitting on my lap in the chair while Rita the hygienist raised up the chair and looked at both her teeth and mine, and given that she's going through her painfully shy phase, this was a miracle... Rita then lowered the chair and held out her hand to take my daughter to my mom in the waiting area, and my daughter happily went with her (again, miracle!) Rita then x-rayed my teeth and was very gentle, I wasn't uncomfortable at all (unlike previous dental X-rays). She then started my cleaning. Halfway through my cleaning, my youngest started howling and we could hear her all the way in the waiting room. Rita paused my cleaning, had my mom bring in the baby and gave me 10 minutes to nurse her right in the chair. Once the baby was happily asleep, Rita resumed my cleaning. I didn't actually get to see the dentist as he got called out on an emergency, but he looked at my x-rays later and called me to tell me everything looked just fine. My 2 year old had a great time in the waiting room, there were tons of toys for her to play with and the receptionist even gave her a prize for being so good. The whole experience was so positive, both for me and my kids and I will never be switching dentists ever again! My two year old is still talking about going to see the doctor that helped her teeth!

They said I had 2 suspected cavities. That was 2 years ago. Still have no tooth pain but recently got insurance and forgot why I never went back. The receptionist acting as thought I had questionable insurance and later called back to let me know they did accept my insurance -as if I won the lottery- but there would still be a $25 deductible. I asked 5 people at work and NOT ONE said they pay a deductible for cleanings. Brighton also wanted $100 for any work I might need done and said it as if I should expect something to be wrong, even though I've never had a cavity and have no tooth pain.
