We were told that all of the food was homemade, and that the individuals who made the food had many years of experience doing so. The sandwich had been placed into the panini press, and the brie was melted perfectly, along with thick slices of smoked-ham, and apple pieces; it was the perfect sandwich! I was also impressed with how large it was, as I was given two-halves, both of which were generous portions.
