Why would it say schedule a visit if you can't even come in and see the cats. There are no details about any of that on the website. And the owner was rude about it too and acted like I was stupid when it's clearly her mistake. She's a rotten person. Very strange.

My husband enjoyed his British shorthair tea. The staff was helpful with my order and informed me they were booked today. I will say you have to book ahead on their site to be able to go into the actual area to visit the cats. Since they are rescue cats they're timid so they don't approach people as much so the people I saw trying to pet them wouldn't really get the opportunity. It's a cute concept so I'll try another time.

My small-to-medium latte ($10.17, as shown in the photo) was nothing special, and the pricing felt more geared toward tourists than actual quality.
