I originally took my kids Polaris Outlaw to be serviced. It took more than a week to get a diagnostic, which wasn't a problem whatsoever. I worked with Conner who eventually game me the entire rundown of cost for parts and labor. I then in turn took an extra week to get to the shop to further dive into what the repair would look like. After the discussion I decided that I would just pay for the diagnostic and take it back home. Conner informed me that they had disassembled the bike and would put it back together before pick up. Again, no problem. I informed them I would have someone pick it up in a couple of days. Once my neighbor arrived to pick it up, he sent me a picture of the bike still in pieces. I called immediately and Connor apologized and said he would come pick it up personally and reassemble it. Days went by after the scheduled pick up time, he rescheduled and apologized. AGAIN, days went by after the rescheduled time, so I reached out to him, that's when he informed me he was let go by the company. Okay, so now I call the service department back and they apologized and said they would call me back the same day. And let's just say, I have not heard from him. So now I have a bike in pieces and no idea what to do next. I have never experienced anything like this and would warn anyone to be aware of using them in any capacity.

Made several calls to see it once it was done and was always told the same thing "It should be done by (insert random day next week)". I learned my lesson from the first visit and made sure to call the day before to verify the bike was working. Every time I called the bike was not ready to be driven but they weren't going to call and let me know that they were going to let me show up in person to find that out. Don't list bikes that aren't ready to be sold.
