Marcus was amazing and came same day to take a look and came the next day with all the disinfectant and materials needed. He is very responsive, very punctual, and even called a few days later to check that the terrible smell we had was dissipating (it wasn't yet), so he brought an oxidizer box for us - all included in the price.
