He was calm, friendly, thoughtful, and definitely taught us a lot. Neither of us are pilots, so we felt a little intimidated coming in -- but were quickly put to ease with Michael. We bought the Groupon partially to overcome some fear of flying, as well as try something new. Both were accomplished!
