Big institutional ones, home daycares, cooperative daycares, you name it. After all the ones we tried, this one is definitely the best. Here's why: - amazing teachers and executive staff who love our kid (she's treated like a rockstar from the moment she's dropped off all the way through pick up) - fabulous education (their emergent curriculum is so fun! Our kid is excited to go to school each day and comes home counting, singing her ABCs, and more) - focus on creativity (she's painting, coloring, you name it, everyday) - wonderful diverse food (biryani, jambalaya, and other delicious foods are no surprise here. There are meat & vegetarian options. Allergies are accomodated very carefully.) - an emphasis on making parents' lives easier (they provide grab n go snacks at the end of the day to make pickup easier, they use the Kindercare app so you can see what your little one is up to during the day if/when you're missing them, and they even provide a Shopping day to watch your kids for free one weekend day near the holidays) - great hours (6:30am - 6pm, with drop off time flexibility until 10:30am) - amazing flexibility (you can choose from a variety of part or full-time offerings) And at the end of the day, it's just such a happy space. I feel so attached to sending my daughter here. She lights up when we talk about her school. There's cute festive music during typical drop off and pick up hours in the hallway, they do parades for the holidays, and it feels like a dream come true as far as daycares go. IMPORTANT EDIT: I've attempted to share my experience with this business by reviewing them on…read moreFacebook, not once, but twice. Both reviews have been deleted In the span of 24 hours. I've done the research, it's impossible to delete a Facebook review. I have no idea how they did it, but either way, my voice is being suppressed/silenced. This is unacceptable, and frankly, dangerous. **** A rep from Andy's Hub contacted me via Facebook messenger offering me $17 hourly for 4 students in an eLearning pod. I assume this individual was reaching out in response to an ad I posted in several Facebook networking groups which clearly listed my rates beginning at $30 hourly for eLearning support. Professionals supporting children with eLearning should expect to earn $10-20 per hour, *per child*. These nannies/caregivers typically earn $20+ hourly working with *one* child from *one* family, for childcare-only related tasks. eLearning support is HARD WORK, and should be compensated as such. If you check their website, (please see attached screenshot for reference) for rates, you'll see they charge families $40 hourly, *per child* for "group academic support". So, does that mean Andy's Hub is pocketing $143/per hour (with a 4 hour minimum!!) for groups of 4 students eLearning, and paying the eLearning assistant $17/hour? This organization is a detriment to the professional nanny/caregiver industry. While candidates can certainly decline to work with Andy's Hub, their practices are setting unreasonable compensation expectations for clients, which in turn tanks market rates for experienced professionals in the industry. In this extreme time of volatility and need, Andy's Hub is clearly taking advantage of unprecedented circumstances by undercutting caregivers of well-deserved market rates, and taking advantage of families by severely padding service provider rates, for their own bottom line. Gross.

Our reservation was scheduled for 4:00 PM, and when we arrived there was a sign outside instructing guests to call or text a phone number upon arrival. I immediately sent a text and waited, but after about 10 minutes I still hadn't received a response. I then tried calling the number multiple times with no luck. By this point, I was getting a little concerned because there wasn't anyone around to check us in or let us know what was going on. Thankfully, a kind gentleman nearby offered to walk across to one of the airport buildings to ask about our reservation. Shortly after, Victoria came out to greet us. She was incredibly sweet, apologetic, and explained that they hadn't realized we were waiting. Unfortunately, by that point it was already around 4:30 PM. Despite the rough start, Victoria completely turned the experience around. She was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. She made us feel comfortable and excited about the flight. One of the coolest parts was that she even let my husband take control of the aircraft for a bit, which made the experience even more special. A few things to know before booking: the Discovery Flight is around $100 and only accommodates two people--the instructor and one guest. If you're planning this as a gift, keep that in mind. My biggest complaint was the communication. Ironically, the phone number I had been texting and calling didn't return my call until around 6:00 PM, after the flight was already over and I was practically home. That was definitely disappointing and something I think could be improved. That being said, the actual flight experience was fantastic and made for a unique birthday gift. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and professional. There was another flight company across the airport that appeared to have a more traditional reception area and staff available on-site, although it was significantly more expensive. It may be worth researching both options depending on the experience you're looking for. Overall, I would absolutely recommend CityWings for anyone interested in a discovery flight. Just make sure to confirm your reservation and arrival instructions beforehand. Thanks to Victoria, what started as a frustrating experience ended up becoming a birthday memory we'll always remember.
