What a waste of time and money--$1,500 for the two years I used this!…read more I placed a fix-and-flip property, purchased at a bank auction, into a land trust for protection and anonymity. As soon as eviction papers were served to the squatters, they filed a countersuit, listing the Chicago Land Trust and my trust number. For $25, CTLT sent me a notice stating that if I took no action and a default judgment was entered against Chicago Title Land Trust Co., all costs and attorney fees to vacate the judgment would be charged to my trust! RUN from this BS that it protects you!
